Could have been perfect but no AC at 35C (95F), worst nights ever...

Great place, clean, beautiful but with recurrent problems with their AC unit. I've been told by the employee who welcomed us on the first day that it was not the first time there were problems. For our family, it was something very important to sleep well and not being able to do that for our entire stay was very disappointing and disturbing. We asked for partial reimbursement but it was very difficult to talk with the owner and at the end, he even decided to ignore is. It's just sad...

Es war so schön ! Alles wie beschrieben, super Ausstattung, sehr sauber, mit Parkplatz, super Ausgangspunkt zu vielen wunderschönen Stränden. Touristisch nicht ganz so überlaufen, wir kommen wieder und würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen.

Luxuriöses Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Das Apartment ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sehr sauber und hat einen modernen gehobenen Stil. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut ( inkl. Weinkühlschrank, Crêpes-Maker, Elektro-Grill auf dem Balkon, elektr. Rolläden). Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl. Leider gehört zur Wohnung kein reservierter Parkplatz, so dass wir vor dem Gebäude auf einen Schotterplatz parken mussten. Das war leider sehr schade. Der Kontakt per Email war etwas schleppend, weil der Vermieter Internetprobleme hatte. Kurz vor der Anreise kam der Kontakt dann telefonisch (auf Englisch) und per SMS und WhatsApp zustande. Der Kontakt war sehr nett. Wir konnten auch schon um 14 Uhr in die Wohnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich. Der Check-out erfolgte auch persönlich. Zusammenfassend haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Kontakt war sehr nett und die Wohnung sehr sauber.

Location agréable pour de bonnes vacances

L’appartement est neuf, très bien équipé. Literie très bonne. Décoration très sympa. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Cependant la plancha est petite pour le nombre de personne pouvant séjourné. Mais la terrasse est grande et bien meublée. L’inconvénient majeur reste l’héliport qui se situe a côté du bâtiment et qui engendre une gêne sonore.
