Como en casa

Nos sorprendió gratamente la cordialidad de Raquel, los vecinos y en general de los portugueses. La casa está impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Las camas son cómodas y la casa está provista de detalles como perfume, champú, azúcar y otras cosas típicas de uso común. La ubicación es impresionante, cerca de todos las visitas turísticas y debajo tiene una tienda de víveres que resuelve mucho. Para recomendar sin duda. Nosotros fuimos con tres niños y estuvimos muy cómodos.

Clean and comfortable flat. Shops nearby and historical areas all within walking distance. Kitchen was well equipped and everything worked. There was a laundry with washing machine. Nuno met us on arrival and was regularly in touch to see if we needed anything.

Casa do Catedral is the perfect place to enjoy Porto. Located just one block from the cathedral, you’ll be in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Although the area seems lively during the day, it’s surprisingly quiet at night, making it ideal for a good rest after exploring the city. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return on my next trip to Porto. Nuno is a great host and gave us a lot of recommendations and guidance to know the city, he also waited for us the day of arrival right in front of the apartment

Perfect place for a “sister trip”

My sister and I (both in our 50’s) stayed here for 4 nights. We each had a room and there was a kitchen with plenty to prepare food. The hosts were great and communication was flawless. The location was perfect! Really close to the Cathedral and the river. We were able to walk everywhere and the São Bento train station was right around the corner. I highly recommend this place for a trip to Porto.

Weekend away

First communication with owners was excellent, they answered any queries quickly, when we arrived Nuno met us as soon as we got out of the taxi and showed us round the apartment and gave us all the info we needed. Apartment was spotless and everything we needed was provided, location again for what we needed to tour Porto on foot was excellent. There was a party of 3 adults and one child and we found the apartment to be big enough with no issues Highly recommended

Abwicklung, Kommunikation, Übergabe alles sehr gut. Sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert. Wohnung sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral. Straße am Haus etwas laut, bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber absolut kein Problem.

Tolle Unterkunft direkt im Zentrum

Wir haben 3 Nächte in dieser sehr angenehmen Wohnung verbracht. Die Vermieter, Raquel und Nuno, haben hier für alles gesorgt, das man braucht - gut ausgestatte Küche, Bad mit allen nötigen Pflegeprodukte, Musikanlage, TV mit Netflix, Bücher, CDs, Spiele und Infos und Karten von Porto. Die Wohnung ist picco bello sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und die Gerätschaften in tadelosem Zustand. Das Mobliar hat uns sehr gefallen. Hier stimmt einfach alles! Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten und das Ausgehviertel erreicht man innerhalb von Minuten zu Fuß. Metro und Bahn gibt es etwa 300 m. weit entfernt in Sao Bento. Übrigens, direkt neben an ist ein kleines, einfaches Restaurant (Casa Balsa, wenn ich mich recht dran erinnere), das einfache und günstige aber sehr schmackhafte Gerichte anbietet. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, um Porto und Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir kommen hier gerne wieder. Ein großes Lob an Raquel und Nuno.

Notre séjour à Casa da Catedral

Tout était parfait ! L'appartement est non seulement bien situé mais est aussi très agréable (nous avons adoré la déco !). Raquel et Nuno sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes et nous avons apprécié toutes ces petites attentions. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !!

Komfortables Apartment in zentraler Lage

Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war hervorragend. Alle Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Der Vermieter hat uns in nächtlicher Zeit freundlich empfangen. Das Apartment ist gepflegt und komfortabel. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ideal. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Portos sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt.

Well positioned for exploring Porto

The apartment had everything a traveler could need and it all works. The place is exceptionally clean and Nuno & Raquel are generous hosts answering questions and sharing their knowledge of their spectacular city. We staying during October when temperatures were between 27-29 degrees so it was necessary to have all the windows open which then means that the traffic noise from below does join you inside the apartment. There are fans there for use when you close the windows at night to cut out the noise while sleeping.

A perfectly situated pied a terre for exploring Porto.

Our hosts Raquel & Nuno were gracious in answering any questions and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Raquel was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived by train that was a little delayed from Lisbon. The apartment was stocked with niceties like juice, tea, coffee,books and maps on Porto. The apartment is just minutes away from Sao Bento train station and metro stop ,the Cathedral, the funicular, and is very walkable to most tourist sights. Three of us stayed here and would definitely return.

Large, modern and very well-located appartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great appartment. The bed linen and lots of towels were all of superior quality. The kitchen basic ingredients as well as toiletries were plentiful. The best we ever had in all our travels. Wi-Fi was powerful and TV channels were varied. For someone with children or babies everything is there for them. The elevator was also very helpful. The shower was fantastic. Raquel and Nuno were extremely helpful and cheerful. You can really count on them! Thanks again for all you did for us...😀

Gut und zentral gelegen-

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch das Interieur funktionierte. Die Vermieter sind sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht. Die nette Geste ihrerseits im Kühlschrank schon das Nötigste für uns vorzufinden ist selten zu erleben. Danke auch dafür. Für entstandene Geräuschentwicklung seitens der Nachbarn oder durch den vorbeirauschenden Verkehr kann der Vermieter nichts. Da muss man selbst für Abhilfe sorgen. Wir würden das Appartement trotzdem gerne weiter empfehlen.

Spacious, Centered, Quiet, Relaxing!

The home was perfect! Comfortable furniture and clean areas. The windows (when closed) made the entire home quiet, despite being on a busy street. Very easy access to the central train station, the riverfront, and nightlife. Would definitely stay again when I visit Porto next!

Un appartement des plus agréables et merveilleusement bien situé

Impeccable appartement, confortable, cuisine bien équipée et plusieurs petites attentions de la part des propriétaires qui font que le séjour est vraiment sympathique. Et quel bonheur de se retrouver sur le grand pont de fer en quelques minutes de marches; on y a une vue époustouflante sur Porto et sur le Douro. La superbe gare Sao Bento est à quelques pas, ce qui n'est pas à dédaigner pour ceux qui ont envie de découvrir les environs. franchement, un appartement parfait!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end à Porto dans l'appartement de Nuno et Raquel. Il est très bien situé dans la ville, tout près du centre historique. Il est aménagé avec goût. L'équipement est parfait, il ne manque rien. L'appartement est très fonctionnel. Nous avons été accueillies par Raquel qui est charmante et nous a donné tous les renseignements nécessaires. Nous recommandons cet appartement. Et avons adoré Porto !!

Bel appartement idéalement situé

Accueil très sympathique à notre arrivée. L'appartement est nickel, rénové récemment et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. On ne manque vraiment de rien. Il est idéalement situé, on peut tout visiter à pied. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement à de futurs visiteurs, aucune mauvaise surprise.
