Located on one of the most famous neighbourhoods in Porto, when you stay in our home you’ll find yourself surrounded by shops, art galleries, the Bolhão Market, Aliados as well as beautiful sights of the Douro river, monuments and more.
It is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the Trindade station and an 8-minute walk from the Faria Guimarães station. This prime location allows for easy access to public transportation.
Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Appartement bien situé mais mal entretenu
Appartement non entretenu. Mérite un bon coup de peinture et un bon nettoyage et surtout installation électrique plutôt inquiétante : prises arrachées des murs, ballon d'eau chaude et machine à laver branchées sur une même multiprise, grille d'aération dans salle de bain tenue par la poubelle.
Sinon literie chambre confortable ainsi que le canapé lit mais couette du canapé pas très propre. Balcon dans un triste état. En clair, les photos présentées correspondent bien mais doivent dater.
Équipement en vaisselle très minimaliste.
Pour toutes ces raisons, je ne recommande pas cette location.
Heureusement, la beauté de Porto nous permet de garder un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.
