The room was nasty, thermostat didn’t work, was to hot in tgat room . Had to open the window in the middle of winter. Bed was not comfortable at all. I’ll never stay at another!!!!

Manager doesn’t help me and kicks me out takes my$

My recent experience at Motel 6 was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. I was in the parking lot when a friend of mine started yelling at me. In response, I calmly shut my door and ignored them. Shortly after, I received a call from the hotel asking me to leave. To my shock, the police arrived, and despite me doing nothing wrong, I was told I couldn’t stay at the hotel any longer. The general manager was unhelpful and seemed to take the side of the person yelling at me, not even giving me the opportunity to explain the situation. As a young woman, I felt vulnerable and helpless, especially since I was dealing with a man shouting at me in the parking lot. Instead of offering support or assistance, the manager simply took my money and kicked me out, leaving me feeling abandoned and scared. This was an awful experience, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

TRAIN 50 feet from room

There are train tracks 50 feet from the back end of the building. Unless you’re passed out drunk or completely deaf- the train will wake you up several times. People playing loud music in their cars. Drug users talking loudly in front of my room at 03:00… Diesel tow truck towing a car at 04:00 20 feet from my room. Train at 05:00. Another guest with a squealing belt on their car at 06:00. Another train at 07:00. What a nightmare. Staff is nice though. Room pretty clean. Poor water pressure in shower. Good heater. I don’t think I would stay here again. What’s the point of getting a hotel room if you can’t get any sleep?

I liked that it was close to food and gas and the room had a good heater in it, to where we stayed toasty warm. My husband was hurting by the second morning because the bed was too firm for him, the ADA deluxe room turned out to be a "bare bones" room except for the small refrigerator with no freezer in it, free Wifi and TV. Needs fixing up on the outside like at least fix the across overhead walk way that looks like there is a big crack in it, so it makes it a big safety hazard and upgrading in amenities on the inside like at least a queen and a little coffee pot in at least one or two of the ADA rooms.
