Family Beach Trip

Enough room to spread out yet me together. Great family sized tables inside and outside. Nice dipping pool. Well equipped kitchen. Great parking. Walkable distance to the beach. We had a wonderful week!

Great house!

Lovely, large home in quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to beach for children and adults. We brought wagons for gear and stepstools for toddlers to use with bathroom counters. Heated pool was a big hit after day on the beach! hge

Week summary

Comfortable and well equipped. Excellent response from office when I contacted them for linens and light bulb. The only complaint is that one bed was left unmade with a dirty mattress pad on it. Also found a half eaten open candy bar stuffed in the side of this bed.

3 days of stress

When you go on vacation you expect to relax. Not in this case. We have stayed in many homes over the course of 5 years and this is the first bad review I have ever given. To be honest, the house itself was not the issue. The description that WIFI was included was false. We called the property manager who sent someone on Monday to only tell us they did not know why we weren’t receiving a signal and they would be contacting the cable company. Hours later we again contacted the company, who told us working with a third party, being the cable company, the earliest we could get an appointment would be for Wednesday. I asked if they could provide a hotspot as a temporary solution. My husband had to continue to work remotely so we have to drive into town, about 20 minutes away, three times a day just to get a hot spot. And at the time, they said we would have to wait for the cable company. I was so upset, I asked to speak with a manager who said she would try to expedite the cable company. That night they called saying someone would be coming on Tuesday between 8-12. So now, not only have we been going into town 3 times daily but we would have to give up our Tuesday morning. The cable company said someone cut the line and he did not know when they would be able to fix it. Now I am LIVID! I called the property manager and demanded a solution NOW! I should have never had to get to that upset for something to actually be done! I will NEVER stay with 360 properties again.

Great stay!

This was our second time visiting this house and it was great! Great house with plenty of space, and it has a great location to the beach. Rental company was very helpful when some very minor issues were encountered. Overall, great stay! We will definitely be back to this house again in the future.

Nice home in Bay San Blas - not Cape San Blas

Nice house and neighborhood. We liked the layout. Plenty of room. Plenty of seating for a large group. Master suite is huge. An easy five minute walk to the beach. It may soon be time to replace the living room furniture. There is no privacy in bedrooms. The many bedroom windows have shades that are easily seen through at night - awkward with the wrap around porch. The home could use some maintenance. The main floor bathroom door does not lock. The double door to living and dining rooms is badly weathered or stained. Wouldn’t take much to shine it up. The shower door in the master bedroom is about to fall off. The ceiling vents in the living room have water stains and should be checked out. The pantry door scrapes the floor. The concrete lip around the pool where it meets the pool wall has large chunks of concrete missing all the way around the pool. The landscaping around the pool is mostly dead. The kitchen is not well stocked; lacked measuring cups, measuring spoons, a 9 x 13 pan, a whisk, a set of mixing bowls. a can opener - all things we wished we had during our stay. The grill was so dirty it caused a large grease fire. The grill-man was burned. (Grilling lean steaks - not fatty foods) Propane tank was empty and had to be replaced which caused a delay of dinner. The listing says Cape San Blas but a more accurate description is Bay San Blas where the water is brown. We drove into Cape San Blas and saw much prettier water and beaches.

We loved our stay

We loved our vacation on Cape San Blas! Coastal Comfort was perfect for our family. Our grands loved the pool. The porches overlooking the gulf were our favorite place to have coffee in the morning & drinks in the evening. It was conveniently located between Port St. Joe & the state park. Also, the welcome gifts were a wonderful surprise!

Family Vacation 2023

We loved the house!! Perfect amount of space for family! We had 12 people and never felt crowded. Short walk to beach, very private beach which is why we booked. Loved the beach, the shells, and fishing from shore was great! Small town feel, but all stores needed within 10 minutes or so. Only complaint is the bug bites at night sitting on the deck and being at the beach, but those cannot be prevented, just Mother Nature! Still preferred the privacy over an overpopulated area.

Gorgeous House in Cape San Blas

We loved visiting this property. It’s very spacious, quiet, and private. The pool was a huge hit with grandkids! The multiple levels added to the quietness and privacy of this property! The beach was very clean and not crowded at all. We will be back!

Family Time

Our vacation was wonderful!! Vacation rental accommodated our family perfect!!! We had 4 children, ages 5 to 12. Location was ideal!!! Beach! Bike trail! Distance to St. Joe for grocery needs etc. Definitely hope to rent again!!!

Perfect spot!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this home/location. Property mgrs were great, reaching out in advance with lots of info to help our check in go smoothly and easy. House was very clean and well furnished. Literally a comfortable 6 min walk to the beach. Our grandkids loved the pool! Everything was so nice, very happy, would definitely recommend this house!

Excellent experience at coastal comfort and natural retreats.

The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Check in/out was seamless with no surprises. The beach was just a short walk away and our private pool was just the right size to accommodate the whole family after hot day in the sun.

Coastal comfort was perfect for family vacation with 7 adults and 2 babies.

This was our first trip to Cape San Blas and we absolutely loved it! Had owned a home near 30a/PCB for 10 years but really enjoyed how laid back this area was. It was a very relaxing week and having the pool at the house was such a plus! The value for the money was incredible and the house was clean, kitchen well stocked and loved the wraparound porch. The credit for VayK gear was awesome as well!

Cape San Blas 2021

Our stay at Coastal Comforts in Cape San Blas was great! The house was everything that pictures displayed. It was very spacious and accommodating for our group. The private pool was very nice and you could see the ocean from the decks. It was a very short walk to be able to go down to the white sandy beaches of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. One of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had. No crowds like you usually find on the beaches in Florida. The restaurants that we ate at were delicious, but the kitchen at the house was stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook meals that we prepared there. There is not a lot of entertainment or shopping close by, so we stayed at the house, the private pool, or the beach and just enjoyed the time with family and friends. I highly recommend this vacation home, and I’m sure we will return soon.

Perfect getaway

House was amazing, porches are the spot to be in the evening with a little breeze, beach is literally steps away, and pool is perfect size to cool off after a long beach day. Property manager was extremely helpful with the couple of basic questions we had. Would love to stay here again.
