Great, Quiet Location

This is a quiet area about 5 mins from downtown Port St. Joe. Very nice community! Pool was nice and the beach was very close and intimate.

House was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need! We were traveling with an infant so really appreciated the cleanliness of the house. The golf cart was a nice addition and was so fun to travel in to the shops and pool area! So relaxing, we highly reccomend!

Family beach getaway

We were all very pleased with the home. It was wonderful to have a clean and comfortable place to come back to after a day on the beach. The kids loved all the toys in the garage. We took advantage of the chairs provided, as well as the paddle boards. The golf cart was great to use around the neighborhood. We cannot wait to visit again. Thank you for giving us such an amazing experience.

Short but great stay!

House was great! Plenty of room, and we loved all the screened-in porches. Once we figured out how to get around the neighborhood, it was great getting to and from beach access on the golf cart with a little one. Beach was quiet, peaceful, and not crowded. Great for kids! Just for a heads up: stove is gas, and if you’re not used to a new washer…give it a minute or 2 to sensor the weight…weird watching it start to agitate before the water goes in! All in all, the location for a quiet family trip was perfect for us. We’ll definitely be back!

We head to Port St Joe for scalloping annually. We have stayed in and enjoyed the Wind Mark development. Although a lot of the houses in there are similar and all fairly nice, this was out favorite yet. The manager/owner was great.

Perfect Getaway!

Our family of 10 found this property perfect for us! It was very clean and spacious. While the house is not right on the beach, it was a very short (and FUN) golf cart ride to the beach. We all enjoyed the golf cart, bikes, beach toys, and beach chairs/umbrellas. The neighborhood is very quiet with friendly neighbors. Our stay was relaxing and truly like a home away from home. We will definitely stay again when we get the chance!

Exactly as Listed!

This property was exactly as listed. You never really know what you will get because pictures can be deceiving. That was definitely not the case here. The property—porches, garage, yard, and house—was very clean. It was bright and airy and very inviting. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the bikes, beach chairs/umbrella/toys and especially the golf cart. Since the house is not right in the beach, having access to the golf cart was extremely helpful and fun! The only negative we, as a family of 10, can say is that we didn’t get to stay longer. It really was a home away from home. We definitely want to go back!

Love having a golf cart to cruise around the neighborhood

The beaches here are amazing!House was clean. All the locals were just as nice as could be. The restaurant in neighborhood is amazing. Did I mention you can ride around on a golf cart to the beach and the pool!!!!! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

We traveled down from Nashville for Spring Break and spent a week at the property....and loved it. The house was fantastic - plenty of space, lots of amenities and super clean. And we enjoyed being a short golf cart ride from the beach. We were pleasantly surprised with how quiet / not packed the beaches were, especially during this time of year. Almost like our own hidden gem, secret getaway. We'll definitely be back.
