Very nice place. we enjoyed the house. we cooked in house for breakfast; all pans and utensils were provided. clean, convenient, centrally located. Parking lot is big and nice. The outside shower is handy to rinse after a beach day. I have a couple of tips...1) bring extra TP & paper towels. They only give you one roll. 2) Be ready to deal with sand (close to beach, it is what it is) 3) there is not a ton of restaurants close, do your research and be prepared to travel. 4) there are a small grocery store and a Dollar General in Mexico Beach, but if they don't have it, you're probably not going to get it. 5) coffee house is really close and convenient. (it's a busy place) 6) Mexico Beach is for people wanting to get away, if you are looking for action, this is not the town. With that said, we loved the quietness. We would recommend staying here and will return. **P.S. You must try the fish dip at the Shell Shack. Be there on Thursdays at 2:30.

Very clean with plenty of linens and cookware and dishes. No cooking spices, oils, or coffee provided so guests should plan accordingly.Just steps to the beach and some cute local restaurants and shops.

Great Stay

Great location, perfect for our group of adults and teens. Easy walk to the beach and coffee shop. Had everything we needed for a great long weekend.. rocking chairs and outside shower included! Only wish the checkout time was a little later (9am CT).

Relaxing vacation

Duplex is exactly as advertised. Beautifully furnished with lots of space. The only things missing is private outdoor space and quality bed sheets. Location is perfect. This was our third visit to Mexico Beach and it is as enjoyable and peaceful as ever.

Great location!

We had an absolutely amazing time. The location is amazing, short walk to the beach, ice cream shop, coffee shop. Beach is so gorgeous and not crowded! Took one star away for accuracy only because it is advertised as having gulf views, cannot see the water from the home. Wifi password is incorrect and did not receive a response from property management. I think it would be nice to include some beach supplies such as chairs/buggy, but that’s just a suggestion. Will definitely stay here again!

Cozy Beach Retreat

This property was a great retreat for our family's beach vacation. The house itself is cozy and inviting. Mexico Beach is a quiet community. The walk to the beach is short (you can glimpse the water from the front porch), with the only impediment being the sometimes busy highway that you have to cross. Once at the beach, there were only a handful of other beach goers, so our time there was quite peaceful. We did day trips to Panama City and to St. Joseph's Peninsula State Park, and there are many other options available within a reasonable driving distance. Keep in mind that Mexico Beach is right on the edge of the time line, so the next closest town, Port St. Joe, is an hour ahead. This makes planning late suppers a little more challenging. We would definitely stay here again.

Renting the property was very easy as we’ve stayed there several times in the past! Enjoy the location to the shops, restaurants, and the beach is walking distance as well! Great place!

My wife and two other couples rented this place. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is well laid out. We were all comfortable. I brought a boat down as well. There was plenty of parking area to accommodate the trailer. It is also a very short walk to the beach.
