We absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for our party and location was great. Kathy was excellent and super responsive and gave great recommendations. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

What a beautiful, peaceful place! I have stayed in a few units at Barrier Dunes, and this one is far and away my favorite: ocean views from every window, a large wrap around porch, comfortable furnishings and a super helpful, responsive host! This unit truly has the best view in Barrier Dunes -- and it definitely has the largest deck. On the day I got back home, I booked my next visit with the owner. I hope to stay here when I come to CSB. I absolutely love 'All You Need.'

Great location

Such a beautiful view to wake up too. The kids loved the location and really enjoyed the beach. Plan to come back and enjoy this place again soon!

Great place to stay!

This condo was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The view is gorgeous on the deck. We will definately be staying there again!!

What a great time!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The property owner was so kind and answered all of my questions promptly. The waterfront view from this property is gorgeous! The sunsets were beautiful! I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful spot with amazing views! Easy access to the beach which was nice when taking kids back and forth! Host was easy to communicate with and very attentive if anything was needed! Would highly recommend this place!

This property has everything you need and more! The rooms are nice with beautiful views! We thoroughly enjoyed the deck and the views from it are outstanding! The owner was wonderful to work with!

We had a great time. The condo was nice and had a good layout. It fit our needs perfectly. My suggestion would be to have pot holders, a sponge or something to wash dishes and a newer skillet. There were a couple of wobbly lamps in the bedrooms.

Great Place

Great townhome right on the beach! Large, open and perfect for even a big group. Best unit in the complex. Beautiful part of beach near state park. Even had pickleball courts. Scallop Republic - main bar on the cape- says hello to “Penny” the owner. Great vacation!!

Great experience

Kathy was very responsive. Property was as pictured, very clean, no complaints! Having the wrap around deck and being so close to the beach was wonderful! The seaweed issue on the beach was not great, but realize the property owners cannot control.

Such a great trip to the beach. We have stayed in different places at Barrier Dunes for the past 10 years— and this one was by far our favorite! We have been beachfront before but the dunes always got in the way of seeing from the main deck. This place had a view from the main deck— and it was dark enough on the deck at night to really see the stars! We cooked the whole week and the kitchen was well stocked. We really loved the outdoor furniture and spent a lot of time on the deck. Can’t wait to go back!
