The property features a community pool located on the southside of the building so it gets sun all day,, covered parking, BBQ grills, and seating on the seaside deck. Each condo has a washer and dryer located inside the unit. South Point is only minutes away from the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse,, Marine Science Center , Nature walks ,waterfront restaurants, and more. South Point is a weekly rental building.
