The villa is accessed through a pedestrian gate from the street, which leads to the covered porch and front door.



The lounge is located up from the entrance hall with comfortable sofas, a small dining table with chairs. Patio doors keep the space filled with natural light and open on the covered terraces and pool area. The Kitchen is fully equipped where you will be able to enjoy your meals.



The bedrooms are: 1 double bedroom with its own private balcony wich overlooks the front of the villa and 2 twin bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and share aaccess to 2 separate bathrooms with double wash basins. There is also a separate shower room on the ground floor.



Outside, the villa offers pleasant gardens and extensive terraces, perfect for al-fresco dining, relaxing and sunbathing. The welcoming private pool is perfect for a refreshing dip under the Mallorcan sun and, on request at the time of the reservation, it can be gated for the safety of the children.
