With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with capacity for 6 adults, located in Playacar II, one of the most exclusive and safe areas of Playa del Carmen. With an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping centers and the famous 5th avenue of Playa del Carmen.



The main bedroom offers a king bed, bathroom, closet, and a desk with a comfortable chair ideal for people who study or work from home. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, bathroom, and a desk with chair. The third bedroom has two single beds and a shared bathroom. All three bedrooms have TV and air conditioning.



- This condominium is suitable for children, ideal for families looking for a safe and welcoming environment to enjoy their vacation.

- Additionally, we have access to the exclusive Beach Club (Reef Playacar) for guests staying in this condominium.



You will also be able to enjoy wireless internet access throughout the unit and its kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has Apple Tv service and a terrace with a view of the pool. Additionally, if you are traveling with children, this condominium has Disney+ and Netflix, so they can enjoy their movie afternoons.



The complex has 4 pools, of which one has heating and another is for swimming and depths for adults and children, some of them have fountains, sun loungers, umbrellas, and shaded areas around the pool. Its condominium has direct access to these heated pool areas.



The solarium on the third floor has a hot tub, and on the second floor there is covered space for meetings with a garden table, ping pong table and gym. These spaces have a view of the gardens and swimming pools. On the first floor you can find the business center. The solarium on the third floor has a hot tub and on the second floor it has a large shaded terrace. Rest area for parties and games that includes billiards table and ping pong table. Additionally, the complex has an exclusive playground for children and 24-hour security.



Wind Swing has an underground parking lot to access the condominium from the lobby, so you won't get wet if it rains. Additionally, it has a ramp from the parking lot that leads to the elevator, ideal for wheelchairs. These elevators also connect to the gym, the solarium, and the game room.
