Plant City family

Great location in plant city but need thicker windows on the interstate 4 side. Traffic noise was very loud. WiFi was strong.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower head sprays everywhere, so that needs attention. But the bathroom was clean.

Walk in shower

The walk in shower is potentially very dangerous for slips and falls. The floor is smooth, no texture. When wet, it becomes very slippery. Since it is a half door shower, the floor gets wet and is also very slippery. Both of us slipped while showering, luckily no falls.

It's a very nice hotel, clean and in excellent condition. Rooms are spacious and modern. However, the road noise from the highway next to the hotel is very loud. I recommend trying to book a room on the other side of the hotel, not facing the highway. Might be less loud over there.

The hotel desk clerk was friendly and checked me in quickly upon arrival. She found and linked m reward account for the stay. She also was working when I checked out and took care of that process swiftly. The clerks all reflected positively on the brand. The hotel is very close to I-4 but was quiet enough to sleep uninterrupted through the night.

Alexia was a ham! To say the least! So arrogant, loud. The rest of the staff was very nice. Alexia does not need to be at the front desk if she can't treat all of the guests the same. Charging me a hundred bucks for no reason! Loud and rude! Uncalled for! Best Kathy
