Nice spot close to everything

Nice spot close to everything. Only suggestion would be to add a binder with all the local information, suggestions, and appartment amenities and where to find them, how to get to the laundry. Oh and sleeps 5 on this listing doesn't mean theres a pull out. Its just a plain couch. Fyi
