Breakfast was awful. We were told by 2 staff members when we checked in that open menu Breakfast would be avalanche until 10 a m . We waited until 9:30 to go down. There was a sign there that said open menu was available until 10 a.m. we tried to order and were told by staff that closed at 9:30. Food was cold, had to ask to have table cleaned, coffee was not good.

Super-convenient for Pitt campus visit

Took my son for a Pitt campus tour. We arrived Sunday to check out the area. The hotel was convenient and clean. We enjoyed that the concierge put out Heinz Ketchup mini bottles and Hershey chocolate bars to celebrate 'Pennsylvania Day.'

Nice Hotel, Great Staff.

The front desk staff, especially Eli (?) were fantastic as was the bartender, Turtle and the valets were very prompt. The room was comfortable but I cleaned it with sanitary wipes anyway which I do in every hotel. Overall, it was a great experience and I would consider staying there again.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while going to a Pirates game. It was fine. Clean, nice staff and close to some decent food. It’s a bit outdated and price for valet parking was outrageous at nearly $40 per night with tax. You cannot park yourself unless you park on the street and good luck with that.
