Sweet Pea Cottage is a completely renovated cozy cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This cottage does have an AquaRest 4 person hot tub for our guests to enjoy and hiking at Fall Creek Falls. Completely renovated for that "Farmhouse feel" and loaded with charm and comfort. New kitchen provides all new stainless steel appliances, butcher block counters, farmhouse sink and lots of amenities to prepare all your meals.
Keurig coffee pot, automatic ice maker, dishwasher, crock pot, griddle, waffle iron and cooking/baking pans for all your cooking needs. An electric grill as well as a small charcoal grill are also provided.
All bedrooms, living room and game room have flat screen TV's for our guests enjoyment. Plenty of pillows, sheets and blankets are provided as well as a full size washer/dryer for our guests. The dining room are has ample seating for 4 guests.
Take in a good movie or book in the living room with recliners and comfy couch. All TV's are provided with YoutubeTV. We also have a game room with large screen TV, sectional sofa for stretching out and enjoying a good sports game while the kiddos play board games or air hockey.
Sweet Pea Cottage is located just 2 mile from the North Entrance to Fall Creek Falls State Park. Be in the heart of the park in 10 minutes. This cottage is also located just a short drive to many beautiful waterfalls such as Rock Island State Park, Lost Creek Falls, Burgess Falls and many others.

Location of the property to Fall Creek Falls was excellent. Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Easy and very understandable directions were given prior to our arrival. Would highly consider staying here again for future events we have at Fall Creek Falls!

Clean and has everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well stocked with high quality equipments. The hot tub is an added perk especially after a long hike. Location is perfect for exploring Fall Creek Falls State Park, Rock Island and maybe other sites but those are the 2 we visited. Come with groceries ready because the nearest grocery is at least 10 miles away. One of the best rental we ever had. Highly recommended.

This was a pretty little house that was in a great location. The house was very clean. When you said bring only your clothes and food you meant it. The only thing that I would suggest fixing is the grill one of the legs is broken and could be dangerous if you had someone there that was not careful. Even the hot tub was nice.My daughter love the air hockey table. Thank you for letting us stay in that beautiful house.

Great Location Close to State Park

Falls Creek Falls State Park is a short drive away, and I highly recommend exploring there. It's beautiful. The house itself was clean and well stocked, very serviceable and an excellent value.

This cottage is very clean. We booked based on the 37 good reviews. I will say it was clean but it was very tight living. It is elbow rubbing on the wall when you sit on the toilet. There is barely room to walk around the queen beds in one room and no room to go to one side of the bed in the other. It was just two of us so we kept our luggage and toiletries in the extra room so we didn’t have to step over it. There are ring cameras on both doors and on an outer shed. Also the thermostat is a smart one so it goes back up to a certain temp on its own. The hot tub was nice after hiking all day. We were a few miles from Fall Creek Falls which was very convenient. My only real complaint is that the cleaning crew sprinkled the furniture with air freshener that set my skin on fire(rash and itching). I found out pretty quickly that I needed a blanket to sit on to keep that from happening!

Quiet cottage

The cottage is decorated very nicely and had all of the amenities. We especially enjoyed the proximity to Fall Creek Falls state park and the hot tub after hiking to the falls. It’s also close to Burgess Falls State park another must see waterfall. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch with our coffee in the morning and even saw a fox one evening. Very peaceful!
