Will be back

We had a great time staying here! Only issue was the door code would not work when we arrived but made a phone call and was given a code to the actual key box outside and was able to get in. We will definitely stay here again.

Horrible Experience

When we arrived the door was open which was weird. The sofas in the front room are very dirty with stains and the place was pretty dirty. Nothing like the pictures. Next we left to get some food and when we came back the door code did not work to open the door, so we had to wait outside freezing while we contacted the company to get another code. The worst part was there were window air conditioners in the windows and the furnace would not heat the house. It was freezing! On top of that the sheets and blankets were dirty so our whole family had to sleep with our coats and hats on! The bathrooms had zero water pressure so you couldn’t even take a good shower. We booked for 2 nights but we left after the first day and checked into a nearby Hotel. Don’t fall for the pictures and descriptions you will be highly disappointed.

We enjoyed staying in the well maintained apartment with a lot of room and a full kitchen. The only thing we were not sure giving high score is that it is almost like an Airbnb in style, but doesn’t have basic things that many Airbnb these days offer for convenience of their guests, such as salt and pepper, oil and aluminum foils, etc. As a visitor from far away, it was not possible to travel with these items, and with the kitchen equipped, we expected to have them in place. We’d have preferred to stay in a real Airbnb in this case, or rather a conventional hotel, maybe. But otherwise, it was a nice apt to stay for a few nights, and probably we could have stay with another good family friend to enjoy the big space.

The place was very neat and pretty overall. We were able to find the complex easily and had no issues upon check in or check out. The views were great, kitchen was stocked, and the complex parking lot is well lit at night. My only complaint would be that there is a smell of dogs that seems to just be a part of the air now. I do understand they allow pets, so for many this is not even an issue. I also found 2 short, black dog hairs on the sheets when pulling back the bedding. The white sheets also did not look to be in great condition- I only say this to suggest a different color scheme when allowing people to have pets that more than likely sleep in the beds with them. Our time was short, but memories will be forever and we really did enjoy our stay here!

Overall great stay. Toilet downstairs was shaky and the freezer didnt freeze very well. Hot water didnt last long but we all managed showers everyday. Id stay again. They were very accommodating and my 2 furbabies were welcomed.

This rental was very basic. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable and all were loud and squeaky. The furniture was very basic and the place wasn’t cozy. It was clean, which I very much appreciated and it had what we needed. Communication was very good. I probably would pay a little more for someplace a little cozier next time, but it was very convenient to Dollywood (could hear the rides from outside) and most everything else on the main strip.

Perfectly clean! Perfect location!

We love staying in this area because it is so easy to get to everything on the side roads and avoid parkway traffic. 3 minutes to Dollywood. The 2 sets of bunkbeds were perfect for the 4 teens! This unit was extremely clean! I would definitely stay again! I didn't miss a cabin or hot tub. 5 Star!

First i would not book with expedia, we have filed a complaint with the better business bureau as well as a fraud complaint with the federal trade commission. We booked this with Expedia/afterpay and the day we were suppose to arrive we were advised by the host company that none of our payments had beeen credited twoard our stay. The host company had nothing to put towards our stay and expedia has completely ignored our first payment of 497.00 and has not refunded any of it to date. That being said the host property did work with us we had to pay in full approximately 980.00 the day we arrived to get access despite expedia taking our inital deposit of 497. The unit was clean and in good condition. We did note some things on initial inspection and made the hosts aware by sending pictures. The pool was ok the hot tub was empty and damaged with kids around it could be a seftey concern as it was a big empty hole in the ground. We would stay again on a family trip the location is safe and proximity to the main attractions was perfect. Outside of that i would recommend it but never ever book through expedia they are criminal.

Loved our stay here. We were able to have our dog with us during our vacation. Townhouses were nice and quiet. Saw some wildlife including a deer on our walks around the property. Had a great little balcony with a table and chairs off the dining room. Able to cook a few meals so we didn't have to done out for every meal. Would love to stay here again!
