The cabin itself was beautiful! There was plenty of space for everyone and we never once felt cramped or on top of eachother. We would have spent more time at the kitchen table playing cards or eating, but the overhead light didn't work and the remote was screwed to the wall so we couldn't change the batteries. Additionally, we realized on day one that the hot water ran out rather quickly in the shower. We had 5 people in our party so that made it extremely difficult for everyone to shower in a timely manner before going out. We had to stagger our showers and start getting ready a few hours before hand. There was a beautiful tub in the master bedroom that my mother who is 71 would have loved to have soaked in as she was unable to make it downstairs to the hot tub but there was not enough hot water to fill it. The downstairs technically would have slept 6, however there was only enough towels for two people. We did a lot of drying towels between showers. My husband, son, and I slept downstairs which was set up perfectly for a 17 year old. There was a locked door over by the pool table which we assumed was for cleaning supplies, but there was such a strong odor of 80's old spice coming from the door that it gave me a headache. Ultimately, we put a blanket at the bottom and opened the back door to air it out which seemed to make it a little better. The fan/light combo in the downstairs bedroom also did not work.
