Nice/but needs updates

Positive thoughts: We absolutely loved the location of this cabin! Loved the Christmas decor was still up! All in all the cabin was great and would definitely stay again! Negative thoughts: downstairs bed definitely needs a new mattress! Water pressure is terrible. Kitchen sink faucet drips. Floors and walls are very thin so don’t think whoever sleeps downstairs can’t hear you cause, I promise they can hear every move and sound you make! Definitely needs some deep cleaning. A lot of dust on fans and in corners. Light bulbs out on the stove and in oven. Also may I suggest a brighter light at the door for the super long code you have to enter! And maybe shorten that code just a tad. Other than that everything else was great. Let me add we did not use the Hottub so not sure how well it worked. We did have to reach out for maintenance the first night due to a loud noise coming from the upstairs toilet. They came right away and everything seemed fine the rest of our stay.

Perfect location

This house is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood about a mile from the main strip in Pigeon Forge. Easy in and out and easy access to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin is beautiful and exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed sitting on the wrap around porch, drinking coffee and listening to the rain on the tin roof. We will definitely return to this location.

Great cabin with a few minor issues

This is a beautiful cabin located in a manner where it feels semi-secluded and away from the Pigeon Forge hustle and bustle, yet it is a very short drive to all the action. We were primarily there to go to Dollywood and it was no more than a ten-minute drive. The cabin was beautifully decorated for the Holiday Season. It was so beautiful that we took a bunch of family photos. The minor issues were: living room fireplace was inoperative, the hot tub lost half its water, the floors turned the bottoms of our socks yellow (maybe the cleaning product used?), there were no clothes hangers provided, and when we called and asked for a late checkout the night before our departure due to a disabled family member, we were told it wasn't an option-only to find upon returning home that we had received an auto-generated email the morning of our checkout stating late checkout was available for a fee. So-whatever late checkout policy is, suggest stating more clearly up front. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would consider returning to this same property in the future. Thank you.

Dog Friendly for small dogs

Our stay as a whole was great but for the property, it is not medium/large dog friendly. There is no room for play outside or for potty breaks. For humans, if you are a larger adult, this cabin is snug inside the doorways. LOTS OF UPSTAIRS and the driveway is steep. If a person has any mobility concerns, this isn’t the place for you. BUT, I loved the distance to the main parkway. It was super clean. Hot water upstairs takes a good 15 minutes to get hot. That’s not an exaggeration. Nice large beds. Great throw blankets. Washer/dryer combo on main floor. Quite neighborhood. Pool is small. Hot tub looks dusty and dirty. Porch needed swept.

Extremely out dated decor. Christmas decorations were still out on Valentines Day. Hot tub smelled like mold. Lights on back porch did not work. The floors should have been updated years ago. The cracks are so wide dirt is constantly coming out of them. You cannot blame cleaning crew on that. The mattresses in BOTH rooms are like laying on plywood. I would not recommend this cabin to anyone . We stay in Pigeon Forge 3xs a year and this is by far the worst canin I have ever stayed in. Very disappointed. I have read other bad reviews , clearly the owners do not care what kind of reviews they are getting from their GUESTS, nothing is being done. Slums!!

Nice cabin

Beware that cabin driveway is a steep hill. But cabin is very nice inside. The bathrooms definitely could use an upgrade. The tub shower combos hard to take a shower and climb into. Old tile and caulking. Hot tub took a full day to heat up and that was after maintenance guy had to turn on the breaker. Kitchen was nice but could use a true Keurig coffee maker not the hybrid they have. Hard to use our K cups. Nice gas fireplace. The cabin was decorated for Christmas so wonderfully

Christmas getaway!

We went to see Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg at Christmas time! The cabin suited us nicely. The hot tub was wonderful to soak in at night after jammed back days of adventuring. The are for pets is very limited. We had a small dog so we made do. But overall the cabin was decorated nicely for Christmas and was exactly what we needed. The grill came in handy also for family dinners.

Honeymoon get away

We went to pigeon forge/Gatlinburg for our honeymoon. Cabin was great! The driveway is very steep, but the drive to the cabin was fine. The roads are not sketchy like some of the other areas. Overall great stay, we even saw a bear

Comfortable Stay but Place Needs Upgrade & TLC

Place looks great with vaulted ceilings/fans and is comfortable to stay in, but a deep clean is definitely needed and upgrades to the property, amenities and appliances are needed. Lots of dust, hair on extra pillows/blankets, tear in the pool table felt, no handles on foosball, some appliance not or barely working, pet friendly but not a great place for walking, very steep driveway. On the positive side, the kitchen table was big, couches and beds were comfortable, lots of hot water, 2 large tubs, kitchenware available, and washer/dryer worked great. Regardless of the not so great, we had a fun time.

Few days in the mountains.

Rented the cabin for a few days to take kids to Dollywood and other fun stuff. The cabin is very nice and in a good location a few minutes off the main strip and everything you want to be near.

Absolutely perfect!

The location was perfect despite not having a view of the mountains. The cabin was clean, tidy, cozy and the beds were so comfortable! Highly recommend this stay. The fun area in the loft was my kids favorite part of the cabin.

This was our second stay in this cabin. The owner seemed super nice and sent us a text as soon as we arrived to make sure we didn't have any issues. Over all it was a decent place to stay but could've used a better house cleaning service.
