It’s an older property that has been renovated. It hasn’t been renovated very well but it was pretty clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Outside sidewalks are crumbling away, so be careful if you aren’t sure footed.

Nice clean spacious suite. Great to have the living area and kitchenette. Used a walking trial by the river that was close by. Plan to come stay again. Good location and was easy to get in and out.

Great space for a family of 6 in the 2 bedroom suite... Housekeeping came by everyday to wxchange towels and clean the floors... My inly complaint would be the breakfast isnt all that great and serves the same thing everyday.... overall ni e olave to stay... we would stay there again.

It was great for getting to Dollywood but hard to get to other things if you don’t have a car. The staff were really nice and chatty. The gym wasn’t available and other parts seemed a bit rundown. Breakfast could be better too.

Rod Run in Pigeon Forge.

Like the location, easy to get to the places we wanted to see. Does need some repair in bathroom in the room we had. It was clean and had plenty of room.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was okay. I had never stayed there and randomly picked it from the pictures o line. Rooms are outdated and couches had stains and smelled bad. The comforter had a stain on it and I had to exchange.

Nice place. Room was clean, plenty of towels. Family friendly. It is an older place but not bad. Said the pool was heated but it wasn't. Location is very convenient.

We had a very good stay. The staff was really nice and friendly. The place was very clean but could use some updates to it. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely stay there again.
