Arrived at property, looked clean in lounge but not wow factor. Was an empty fridge, but could have been thoughtful if they could have put a bottle of water for us. As the weather was hitting 40 degrees when we arrived there. I asked them for a water bottle their reply was it's not a hotel it's an apartment. We didn't know all shops were closed due to heat and opened around 5pm. We had no water on us and we didnt want to drink tap water. We looked for a kettle to boil water for tea there wasn't one. We went out to find water in the heat and found a vending machine with small bottles. We found a pan few cutlery, cups that needed washing as there were stains around them. Found coffee tub dated 01/2018, the cappuccino tub was in a block not granules and sugar was also in blocks not granules. That just put us off altogether. I have photos of everything. The shower tray was small and doors didn't close properly, also had mildew on edges of tray. The toilet seat wasn't sized with toilet and was slanting to one side, not central. AC was working in lounge but not in bedroom. The bed was rolling on the floor to the side as we sat on it or slept in it. But was a comfortable bed. We didn't stay in the room much as we went Italy for a wedding, stayed out until early hours of morning. We had tea first morning, by boiling water in the pan. There after we used bathroom to shower and bed to sleep. Never opened shutters too hot or saw balcony, there wasn't a city view only apartments opposit
