The location and the rooms are great, no complaints. My big complaint is that despite booking my room "pay at hotel" they required me to pay by noon on the day I checked in. Well, guess what, I missed that email that went to my 'updates' folder and I showed up at 10 PM after a long day of traveling across the globe to Thailand to discovered that they canceled my room at noon that day and gave it to someone else. I've never heard of anything like this before! If I clicked pay at hotel, I expect to pay when I show up. If I had been made aware of this when booking my hotel room, I would have just paid upfront knowing that I would be traveling all day before checking in. Very disappointed that they would do this to people.

We were not happy with that wet were sent emsil asking us to pay in advance for 1 night stay or our reservation could be cancelled. I found the link for the payment very suspicious and so I contacted Expedia and had a chat, with absolutely no support to resolve this issue. The room was too small and not very sound proof for external noise. The ajoining door the next room was also not sound proof and we could hear all conversation from the other room. The toilet and shower room was very small and the room was also very small and congested fr three. Very disappointing
