great room and hotel. Great location. It is in the middle of the university zone, so weekend nights you can hear the club music and crowds a bit. Parking was surprisingly expensive though.

Always great stay, service was perfect for our Anniversary. Best beds of any hotel. Only slight negative was that the rooftop bar had been rented out for an EDM event and that the room smelled like sweat when we walked in.

Nice hotel in downtown Tempe. Easy walking access to the bars and shops. The only downside is finding the parking near the hotel. Charging $50 for valet I believed it is outraged amount of money. I was lucky enough to find a spot near the hotel.
