The hotel was listed as a luxury hotel and was more of a motel, as you park in front of your room. Floors in the room were dirty, dead bug on the wall. Was just not a positive experience.

The experience at the pool was bad, I called asking if they serve food by the pool and the front desk said yes. We didn’t eat outside so we headed to the pool when we were there the bartender said everything was closed already. We were starving. So I didn’t enjoy the time in the pool.

Nice property and the location was great. There really isn’t a restaurant or interior bar with any atmosphere. The lobby was nice. The staff were really nice. The rooms were OK. Our room had an outside fence lanai. The interior wasn’t very luxurious and our bed had a ridge down the middle, but was overall very comfortable. Be sure to have your Netflix password to watch TV. We parked out back where it was kinda dark with exterior hallways to the rooms. Pool areas are lovely. We would stay there again.

It was a great stay. Receptionist was a great person. It started with him being respectful and even greeting my dog. That honestly made my stay so much better. How you welcome guest is huge. You don't get a second chace at a first impression. Great job!

The main entrance is about the nicest part. The elevator was broken and we had to walk pretty far to get to our floor. The passages on the way looked dilapidated and not well cared for and a little creepy. The room felt cheap and half way renovated. The bath tub was dirty and stained. Decent sleep because we were exhausted after driving all day but yeah - TERRIBLE IMPRESSION.

This hotel is nothing like what’s advertised. If you’re traveling with children, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. The promotional photos are misleading—they highlight a nice-looking lobby and pool area, but once you arrive, it becomes clear that the rest of the property is more like a rundown motel. The rooms and buildings appear neglected, catering more to a party crowd than families, with little regard for safety or cleanliness. The rooms are old, bare, and unlike any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. They didn’t have phones, for example, and the furniture and decor was limited. The carpeting in the corridors was torn and lifting, rust was visible throughout the property, and we even saw empty liquor and beer bottles scattered in the hallways. I didn’t feel safe—I used both the chain and deadbolt on the door and even placed a chair against it, as people were loudly coming and going all night and my room was along a busy road. I seriously considered leaving, as did another family traveling with us, but since we had already paid, we decided to stick it out. We frankly didn’t feel comfortable during our stay—find somewhere else if you can help it.
