The hotel was listed as a luxury hotel and was more of a motel, as you park in front of your room. Floors in the room were dirty, dead bug on the wall. Was just not a positive experience.

Location great. Very dated property. Room was clean but had broken luggage rack, no table or chairs, no phone, no clock, no table on balcony. Had to sit on bed so bed sides were broke down. Charged for parking. Didn't leave towels and left trash in bathroom sink. Won't be coming back. Shower was old and slippery.

You can't get a better location for spring training, because it's an easy walk to the stadium and also steps from Old Town. The pool and hot tub areas were nice, though the chaise lounges were extremely uncomfortable unless you padded the bar going across with a towel. There was a nice cafe. Apparently it is being torn down or renovated according to a permit application sign in front. It's a shame, every affordable hotel we've stayed at in Scottsdale undergoes "rennovation" and triples the price, and I expect the same will happen here, too.

Cleaning staff didn’t clean. Left a tip and asked for an extra pillow, didn’t receive it. Dirt was swept into the corner, and covered with a relocated trash can. Beds were thrown back together hastily. Towels were taken but not replaced. Just doesn’t feel like a real hotel. Stay at the Hilton garden inn, instead.

Property is expensive and billed as a fancy, chiq hotel but it’s super run down. Everything in the room is falling apat, the stairs are warped and the grounds are meh. Everything is expensive, mediocre cafe for fancy prices, expensive drinks by the pool. Pay for parking but no one ever checks the lot. Was told housekeeping came automatically each day but the didn’t our first day so we had to request it. We were told due to occupancy they were trying to get to everyone but couldn’t. That was a Wednesday. When they did come, they emptied one of two trash cans, didn’t remove towels from the floor and only sort of put the bedding back on the bed. The pool was nice though a little chilly. The fitness center was decent though had tweens running in and out most the times we visited. Location to old town was great for walking. The front desk and folks answering the text messages (since no phones on the room) were kind and helpful. For the price, we won’t be staying there again.

The staff was so accommodating and gave us the best room location for the bachelorette party I was hosting. They worked hard to accommodate things for the bride to make her more comfortable. The hotel location was perfect for walking to restaurants and to night life! I would definitely stay here again!
