The house is layed out nicely. The amenities forCooking and dining are excellent. My only suggestion is to upgrade bedding and toFix the broken middle sliding door out to the pool. We will consider this property again in the future. The house management was very responsive as well.

Great stay, overall. The host did a fabulous job with communication before, during, and after the stay. The home is centrally located, which is convenient. It's on a busy street, creating a bit of a challenge for pulling in/out of the driveway. The floorplan is amazing! Spacious rooms throughout, and flanked with 2 large primary suites. There's plenty of room for a large group.The big back yard is nice. We made good use of the small arcade room; ping pong table; and pool table.

This house was pretty amazing for the 8 of us. Each couple had a room with a king size bed and attached bathroom. There was plenty of space in the rest of the house. We spent two days swimming and lounging in the huge backyard that also has an outdoor air conditioned bathroom. The house is beautiful and very large inside. It was spotless. I can’t say enough about how great this house was for our group.

This house was perfect for a couples trip with multuple comfortable bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms. The pool and outdoor space was perfect. The location was nice being close to the fashion district and Old Town. Any small issue we had, the host was very responsive and took care of it.

Girls’ Trip

We loved the house and the pool! Super clean and cute. The only feedback we would like to leave is for the kitchen and pool; it would be nice to have had spices and cooking oil available for use. The fountain wasn’t on so we contacted the host and they replied promptly and sent someone to get it turned on within an hour! Thanks!

Perfect friends getaway

We rented the property for 5 days for a couples trip in early June. It was perfect for what we needed. Pleasantly surprised to find the pool cool even with the hot temperatures. Lots of space inside and great location for easy access to old town and to the canal trail for excercise. Only think that was lacking was any sort of pool float (only some old noodles on property) but we just picked one up. We also couldn't find the pool towels, but discovered them in the dryer on our last day there.

Great lay out for a family stay. Lots of space with extra bathrooms. Nice pool, patio and yard area. Had a problem with dishwasher/ disposal. Very responsive management, sent a tech out and repaired it the next day. Would stay again.

This house was close to town and in a nice neighborhood. The house was big enough to fit our entire group, which was great. Due to no working lights outside or in the pool, we were not able to use the back patio at night. The kitchen was probably the most disappointing part of this house. They had coffee pods, but no Keurig. We found four small frying pans, but all were in pretty bad shape, dirty silverware, etc. The rooms were nice and spacious. This house was ok, but I think it could really use some updates. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but the location was great. The property management was prompt to respond.

Solid Vacation Home in Scottsdale

The house is very well designed and the back yard is an excellent area to hang out with extended friends and family. The outside an awesome seating arrangements for various gatherings and lounging. There was plenty of entertainment options which was very cool. The boys all enjoyed the foosball table and the video game unit and others enjoyed the ping pong table and billiards table. The bedrooms were all nice and big; some of the beds were comfortable and some were just ok. The primary bedroom had some noise related to the tankless water heater. However, the hot water and water pressure were great. The areas that we would recommend some improvements is related to the cleanliness of the backyard (there were beer cans along the sides of the fence, and cigarette butts/dip pouches in the yard- not a ton on the cigarettes/dip) and the setup for the pool. We paid extra for the pool to be heated, and although it was not cold it definitely didn't feel like it was 86 that read on the reader so there may be an issue with the unit. It also wasn't easy to figure out how to turn on the pool fountain and light. (There were no instructions for the pool outside). We would also recommend more towels for the bathrooms, Kleenex in the bathrooms, and more dish clothes (there were only two). Also, there were no basics in the kitchen like salt and pepper (basic condiments) enough coffee filters, enough dishwasher tabs, dish soap, laundry soap etc.

Great for families and couples

Overall, an excellent place to stay. The only criticism is, I wish the listing was very explicit about the amenities, for example, what soaps, shampoos, detergents, and condiments, if any, would be left in the property so we can prepare for our visit. The soaps provided were hotel size, mini shampoo, and conditioner, not adequate for a lengthy stay. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, detergent, soaps, and condiments, including salt and pepper. Otherwise, the property is excellent with plenty of activities for kids and adults. The pool was great. Expensive to heat. The accommodations were fantastic. Very close proximity to downtown Scottsdale and a great homebase to attend spring training games. Would definitely stay again and plan my visit better.

Nice property, but…

The house was great for our group as every couple had a king bed and private bathroom. But there were a few things bothered me -To check in I was asked to pay 103. When I asked the goodnight stay rep about it she said, it was in the listing.The listing says you’ll be charged 99 after booking for a damage waiver. I would have expected that this would have been included in the rental fees charged at the time of booking not while I was trying to check in.Also, I’ve never stayed in a VRBO that didn’t provide coffee/creamer/sugar. There was enough coffee in the package provided to make one pot. No cream, no sugar. There was 8 of us for 3 days. It forced us to have to go to the store right away.Lastly, only one towel per person was provided and they were motel 6 quality. Again there were 8 of us for three days. We did a load but only one laundry pod was provided.All very minor things but I had greater expectations for this caliber of property

Reunion House

Walking distance to town and the home was spacious. Excellent communication with property manager. The essentials like bathroom supplies were very limited. Towels were small and not enough for the group. There were plenty of pool towels. We were given 5 coffee filters for 2 coffee makers. A trip to the grocery store was needed for things usually found in a VRBO house. The two slice kitchen toaster didn't work. For a luxurious house, the amenities were disappointing.
