Great place for large groups
Some minor complaints - requested that the pool be heated but wasn’t heated when we got there, and some dining room chairs were broken - but overall was a good stay and great fit for our large group. The backyard area is nice.

Excellent property!
This property is just as advertised! The furnishings were nice, had everything we needed, lots of space, and many fun things to do inside and out. Inside and out. Would definitely recommend as a place to have your large group settle in for an extended stay!

Enjoyed our stay. Big group, plenty of room. Big kitchen tables, large bedrooms, nice game room. Garbage left around cans from prior visitors, all taken care of same day of text. Thermostats set a little high, may want to address if visiting during the dog days of summer. Nice back yard and pool.

Family Phoenix Vacation
This place is just as photographed and work great for our family. We would definitely consider this again for our next visit to Phoenix.

Everyone Comfortably Accommodated
Large family gathering where everyone had their own space. Lot's of laughs and understanding neighbors. Inside home was clean and cozy,. Downside was overstuffed garbage cans from previous clients, didn't get picked up until our fourth day. Property management was very professional and accommodating when needed.

Great place for a large group
We had about 14 of us and this house was very accommodating. The yard was in prestine condition and a great place to hang out by the pool. Lots of chairs for everyone. One of the bed frames was missing support beams and the mattress would fall underneath as soon as you sat on it making it un useable. They did send someone to fix it but our friends had already gone to a hotel. They had someone clean the pool which was not scheduled or told beforehand. Leslie was great to communicate with and responded very quickly. The concierge Matt was another story.... my wife repeatedly emailed him to ask for groceries and he never responded then the day before our trip asked for the list. She sent it however forgot to ask the fee and Matt emailed to confirm we are okay with the 25% surcharge and $25 delivery fee. We were not okay with that and politely asked to cancel our order. Matt did not like that and began to harass us saying he already got the food and was being very pushy even though we had not confirmed. We asked repeatedly to see the receipt which was never provided. Had he provided the receipt we would've happily paid it. He began texting us being very rude and unprofessional. We gave Leslie a heads up about the way he was behaving, recommending not to use him for the concierge service for future guest. Matt did not take that well and continued to text us threatening to cancel our reservation and black list us on all sites in AZ. However we didn't see those messages til after our stay (we left that cellphone in Canada). I'm sure he will be leaving us a nasty review because he is so bitter about the groceries we never confirmed and still never got a receipt for. Overall it was a great stay but I would not recommend using the concierge service if you stay here.

Rocky Start but a Nice Stay
Our planning and initial days at this property were rocky and stressful but it turned out to be a great vacation. The price for the amount of house and resort-like backyard made it worth it in the end. The reasons for our 4 vs 5 star review are listed below. Communication with Leslie before our trip was great but communication with the property manager Matt did not start off well. He ignored several attempts by our party to contact him and finally reached out to us just prior to our visit stating he doesn’t check emails or return phone calls typically until two weeks before arrival. When he finally did call, at 10:30 PM, he left a message answering only one of our questions and said that he didn't think my questions were "urgent" enough for him to get back to me sooner which made it more difficult to make plans. They also removed the pool slide-one of the reasons we booked this property-but never communicated this change with us. Once we arrived though, Matt was very responsive to my husband when he contacted him about issues we were having. He sent people over right away to fix a broken shower handle, the dryer and the pool heat. Pros about the property: The backyard was great! The pool, hot tub and palm trees were nice. There was a fire table that we used a few times as the nights were chilly and we used the putting green, bocce, and bags quite a bit. The game room was a big hit! The dining room table is huge and it fit all of us comfortably It is a good location in regards to proximity to activities in the area. There are plenty of bedrooms but there could be another bathroom. The bunk room was huge and perfect for our group and most of the beds are king sized which is very nice. Things that could have been better: The kitchen was stocked ok but not great. There is not much in the way of unbreakable dishes/glasses which makes it difficult to eat by the pool. We bought a dish rack, serving bowl and other supplies that we left there. That, combined with no ice machine, meant a few extra trips to the store for ice and supplies. This property is on the corner of two major roads so there is a TON of road noise-with car racing at all hours. There is also a bus stop next to the driveway. There are not great places to put clothes unless you want to hang everything up, even in the Master. We all lived out of our suitcases which is not ideal when you are somewhere for a week, only some rooms had benches and none had dressers.
