I chose the property due to its location as I was attending a conference at the Grand Hyatt resort. The property was reasonably priced and had inclusive breakfast and a nightly happy hour. Unfortunately, within 15 minutes of checking into my room, an old fashioned/ outdated charger block blew up my brand new Apple iPhone! I was left without a device for the duration of my stay. The property promised to support an insurance claim for my device & the cost of purchasing a replacement device. On return to the UK, they then sent an email refusing to accept liability for what happened to my phone! I am taking this further!

When I arrived, the front desk attendant was on her cell phone for 15 minutes without acknowledging me. I stood where she could see me and she just continued on her phone call like I wasn’t even there. Breakfast wasn’t as good as I remembered from being there some years back. The fruit was gross and the eggs and sausage was cold.

Very comfortable, clean, family friendly, great service, amazing pool and pool bar. Breakfast area furniture needs a bit of maintenance but did love the variety of seating options. Definitely returning for little getaway.

The room had a full size fridge with an ice/water dispenser...so no need to buy bottled water...bedding was high thread count..great quality...included breakfast had all the basics covered ...eggs,fresh fruit,etc,etc. Good value gor money,especially if u have little kids. Nice sized swimming pool
