We only spent one night and end of spring break meant it was busy, lots of children so not the quietest but lovely room, very clean , easy drive into Scottsdale and happy hour snacks n drinks was a lovely bonus and breakfast included. Good value

The hotel was very nice, we just had a few items in our room that weren't in working order and the kitchen was minimally stocked. Other than those fixable things, it was wonderful!

The carpet in our room was way passed it's prime. We also found underwear behind the curtains. We were given a different room after a run around of being promised one thing then given a different. The property is amazing and service is great, however updates to some of the rooms is a necessity.

I wish they would rotate the breakfast. It was the same breakfast daily and if you are there multiple nights, the breakfast food gets old. They finally rotated the food on the 4th day we were there.

The property was is good condition although cabinet doors were broken in the kitchen area. We needed an extra blanket at night for the pull out couch and the night clerk told us that he could not get in the linen cabinet. The best view was eating breakfast on the outside patio watching the sun come up.

Overall, this hotel was pretty average. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour were nice, but other than that, it was just okay. When booking through Expedia, you don't get charged their facility fee, which is $35 a day, and the hotel won't tell you about it until they charge your card after you leave. The pool was nice but needed to be skimmed, and towels were always available.

Very Poor Stay

We stayed 4 nights and our room was never cleaned, even though promised to be cleaned every third day. Our dishwasher didn't work, A/C was problematic and I got sick from the hotel breakfast.
