Private Oasis

This is a beautiful house that was perfect spot for our family vacation. The house was clean, fully stocked and spacious with lots of activities. It’s located in a gated community that’s very friendly and safe. Our kids especially loved the private pool, including all the night swims. The hosts were very accommodating on any request.

Paradise in Gilbert

What a wonderful home and host. The backyard was a great place to gather. It provided space to play card games, enjoy the pool or play yard games. It even had little neches if someone wanted to sneak away for some quiet time or read a book. Our days ended with time around the fire pit.Inside the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Dining areas were located inside and out. The billiards room provided a place to play when the temperatures outside soared. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay at the Birdsnest.

Great Vacation

Excellect place to relax and unwind. We visited with our family and had alot of fun. The property is well maintained and stocked for everything we needed. Communication was excellent as well. All questions were answered promptly. We are looking forward to booking this house again.

Resort-Style Property

Nicest vacation rental we've ever stayed in! The place was super clean, updated (and well-decorated), and kitchen and towels were fully stocked. I could not believe it was just as nice as the pictures made it look. Even though the inside was immaculate, the outside area is what sold it. The pool and outdoor areas were truly resort-style. Was in a safe and gated neighborhood close to so many shops and restaurants. Owner was super accommodating of our early arrival. 10/10 recommend this gem!

The place was everything it said it was and more. The home was very inviting, clean, love the kitchen and good directions on the TV. Everyone had a great time. The pool area was beautiful as well as the BBQ area. Would definitely stay here again with family.

Amazing Christmas Vacation

We went to visit my oldest son in Arizona for Christmas. We had seven family members ready and anxious to see my son and his girlfriend. We made it a true Christmas vacation! We flew in on Allegiant and went directly to what would be our home for the week. It was a beautiful home! We were all amazed once we opened the front door and toured the home and outdoor living space. It was wonderful! It had everything we could possibly want. We created so many beautiful memories during our stay. The entire family even petitioned us to buy the home so we could make it our home in the desert! Our host was just as incredible to work with. She made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to help make our stay the best family vacation yet.

Amazing home in Gilbert

This was such a beautiful house. It is everything the photos make it out to be. Any time I needed information, Jennifer answered either right away or within a couple of hours. The kitchen has everything you could ask for. We paid to heat the pool and it was so worth it. My kids swam in the pool almost every day and it was nice to have a shed full of pool toys and floaties for them to play with. If we come back for a visit, we will definitely try and rent this place again.

Inside and out - perfect for a family!

This is a wonderful home - exactly (or even better) than the pictures. We love to cook - the kitchen is incredibly well appointed, with sharp knives and plenty of pots as well as containers for leftovers, kitchen tools, foil, etc., spices, olive oil, and really just everything we needed. We really judge rental homes based on sharp knives and a clean grille (we’ve been burned on both accounts) and this home was exemplary in both areas! It’s clear the owners pay attention to details. The bedrooms are perfect - the sheets are amazing, and the beds are extremely comfortable! We had 5 adults staying there, and it was spacious. The back yard is gorgeous - our grandkids loved the pool. The owners were extremely responsive and even ordered an ironing board on Amazon to arrive shortly after our arrival. It is central to everything - grocery stores, big bulk stores, shopping areas, restaurants - whatever you want and need. The gated community made us feel very safe, and there are parks very close by. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Awesome Arizona Hospitality

Was a great stay at a great home exactly as advertised. Communicating with powers was very easy. Only detraction was that this home, like so many others in the area, is part of an HOA which has restrictions. But again, that is common for almost all the other properties across the entire area. Was a great stay and would do it again!

Girls Trip / Birthday Celebration

The home is beautiful. Very thoughtful hosts with all supplies you would need for a snack or morning coffee. Although we brought our own, sometimes when traveling and checking in late in day it’s hard to remember essentials for early morning. House is immaculate and laid out for a relaxing getaway. Beds are very comfortable. Hosts are very quick to respond to questions. Nice neighborhood for walks. You will not be disappointed booking this property. We will definitely book again when needing something in Gilbert.

Absolutely amazing vacation spot

Love the pool/back yard. Beautiful home and amazingly well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed for cooking meals in, yet close to all kinds of restaurants when we wanted to eat out. The owner is so easy and great to deal with. They have done a great job of making guests feel right at home, including a very sweet welcome basket. We will definitely be back!

An amazing stay at Birdsnest West!

From the moment we drove up to the property and entered the home, we knew we had chosen the perfect place for our family. The home was impeccable and it had everything we would want and more. Our 3 teen daughters each had their own bedroom's and the master bedroom was very ample. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the backyard paradise. The pool was great and our family enjoyed it and laying on the loungers very much. The host was super easily accessible and responded to any questions I had. We will definitely be returning to this VRBO property in the future! Thanks again for everything.

Fantastic!

The property was fabulous! Packed with lots of amenities - kitchen well stocked, pool floaties, games, towels, etc... Stores very close by for groceries and anything you need. The layout was awesome and extremely comfortable for our group of 6 adults. Cooked most meals in and spent the majority of our time enjoying the outdoor space. We did heat the pool and that was a game changer. The days were generally in the upper 60s and sunny. The water would have been very crisp but with it heated, no problem floating all day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Space is set up nice for a group or family. Plenty of thing a to do - games, pool, etc. too cold to swim but pool is pretty. Quiet neighborhood.

Great Stay

Stayed here for a week with five adults and three grandkids. The welcoming package, with special attention to the kids, was greatly appreciated. Best stocked house we have seen, we lacked nothing. All areas of the house were spacious and well decorated. The kitchen may have been the highlight of the interior with its large sit around island and plentiful cupboards. The backyard was the main reason we chose this house over others and it did not disappoint. The heated pool and turf area were enjoyed daily for hours. Also appreciated the availability of the sports equipment in the garage and made use them of most days. All around it was an excellent stay in very neat and well appointed property

Desert Charm

Fantastic stay!

This beautiful home was spacious and inviting. The large open floorplan worked perfect for us and is very well appointed. The home supplied everything needed for our stay (except the groceries) and was well organized. The backyard and pool were private with plenty of seating options and included a cozy outdoor gas fireplace. It was in a great location close to shopping & restaurants. The host was very easy to work with and we look forward to coming back in the future. Thank you Birdsnest West for a great getaway!

Best Mini Vacation

Our stay was fantastic. This listing lives up to all of its description and more. Owner incredibly attentive. Very clean, the pool was fantastic, and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. This home was everything we needed. We will absolutely be back!
