Aunt's 80th Birthday Celebration

The property is very nice and was perfectly clean. We loved the golf course view from the patio, and the orange tree in the back yard added character for our little 80th birthday dinner for Aunt Donna. And such a pretty neighborhood with a back patio golf course view!

You couldn’t find a more perfect place to stay or find hosts as hospitable and committed to making your time in Phoenix a visit to paradise. The house and grounds are immaculate and luxurious, yet incredibly comfortable. You bet I will be looking to return the next time I’m headed to Sun City. Thanks for a truly memorable experience.

3-day stay

Generally, our stay was satisfactory. Loved the backyard golf course view! The patio furniture was a bit dusty and had twigs on it when we arrived. Also, very poor lighting in the den and LR - hard to read at night! Would have also preferred a Queen or King sized bed in the second BR, rather than two twins. Also, no Blankets in the house - plenty of towels, linens, and other supplies, however.

Great house, location, view…

Robert was great to work with. We had a lovely stay. House as shown on site; clean, kitchen well equipped, beds super comfy, two family/living rooms which is great for options on TV. The view of golf course on patio was relaxing for coffee and cocktails! We are hoping to come back next year. Thank you.

The house is located very central to all the things we wanted to see and activities for New Years Eve. The property was well equipped for cooking at home which we enjoy. It is a lovely home.

Great location and owners

We traveled to Sun City as a family of five, ages 22 to 77, and loved our stay at the wonderful Coggins Drive house. This was my mom’s first stay at a rental home and I think she is hooked! The home had many convenient items such as dishes, utensils, toaster, family games, two recliners, use of the garage, and space for our family to spread out. We enjoyed a family sunset walk in the neighborhood. Great location to visit my aunt in Sun City, as well as go shopping at the Peoria mall and eat at many yummy restaurants. Robert was prompt and friendly at communicating with me before our stay, as well as during our stay when I had a couple of questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfy, homey house in a great location

We loved this place! It is so comfortable- and convenient to Banner Boswell Hospital. It really felt like home to us! The covered porch was great for early evening sitting outside and watching golfers and quail! It was quiet and peaceful. We very much appreciated our hosts checking in with us to make sure we were all set. We'll definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

We stayed here while visiting my mom in Sun city- it was perfect for our weekend. We enjoyed the 2 living rooms and my husband was even able to work from the office during our stay to extend our return home by one day. The kitchen was beautifully equipped and we enjoyed the open concept. We will definitely be back next time we visit mom. Thanks !
