Spring Break

Plenty of space and well furnished, the house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool and the putting green. Property location was really quiet and safe, only down side was the commute into the city (only 15 minutes so wasn't that big of a deal).

Great Stay!

We stayed at this property for a family (Gma and Gpa) vacation to Arizona. The property was as listed and the property owner was available and willing to work with us to heat the pool and answer questions we had. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and perfect for my early morning walks. The pool right out the back door was everyone's favorite! It was a ways from many other attractions but worth it to have the quiet, neighborhood feel.

Comfortable Stay

We stayed in this home while touring colleges in the area with our son. This home was clean, quiet, and comfortable to return to after a busy day. The neighborhood is great for a morning walk!

Quiet Estrella Mountain Beauty

We recently completed a 1 week stay at this home and enjoyed our stay very much. The owners were very responsive to questions and met our needs quickly when they learned the home had not been adequately cleaned prior to our arrival. The owners father helped a ton as he lived nearby and was willing to help in any way we needed which was extremely kind and generous. Plenty of space for our family, comfortable beds, great water pressure in showers, pool came with plenty of toys and a few rafts to use and kitchen is well stocked so no need to buy things beforehand. Filtered water system was nice, easy access on a larger corner lot. Perfect location close to Presidio which had a great mexican restaurant and only 15 min drive to get to the highway. Would recommend to others and stay again, even the pool cleaner was great as we visited with him for about an hour when he came on Wednesday morning.

Beautiful, well-appointed home in a peaceful, quiet location!

Beautifully decorated, well maintained home with an amazing pool and outdoor space. The home was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Short drive to lots of restaurants. Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix are less than an hour away. Can’t wait to go back…..we’re already planning our next stay!

Great stay

The house was awesome and the back yard was great. The only issue I had was the pool was not warm enough. I did communicate with the home owner who said it was warmed up but after seeing and feeling our next property’s pool where we are staying it was definitely not working to keep warm. But overall it was great!!!

Terrific property

This property is really terrific. It is very spacious, well-appointed, and the grounds are terrific, too. We visited with 8 adults, and there was plenty of room for all of us. Communication with Evolve could be better, but communication with the owner was A+.

We enjoyed the house and were overall satisfied

The house is very clean and well kept. The kitchen has lot of supplies. The beds are very comfortable. The best part of the house is the back yard area. The pool is wonderful and the golf chipping and putting area made the trip for my competitive family members. I would note, the house location is lovely and has great views of the mountains on the drive to it - it is in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a little farther out so you will need to plan extra time to go out to restaurants, or other activities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return

Great house

Really enjoyed our stay. We spent some time in Sedona and Jerome. Enjoyed the Desert Botanical Gardens. Went to Butters restaurant in Scottsdale for breakfast, food was excellent. Rudy’s BBQ was excellent.

Didn’t want to leave

The home and pool is gorgeous and they owners have thought of everything. Comfortable beds and perfect outdoor area. The neighborhood is great. I wish it were a bit closer to Scottsdale, however- we did some touristy stuff and it was quite a drive. If you are going to chill at the house- this is a fantastic home. If we came to Goodyear more often, this would be the place to stay!

Family Getaway

The property was just as expected, clean, plenty of room for the family. There are some local amenities, Safeway, drug store, a few restaurants. It is 15-20 minutes from Good Year and the freeway where you would find other local restaurants. They neighborhood development is very nice, and we golfed at the Estrella golf course which was a beautiful Troon course. Unfortunately, there was an issue with heating the pool, so we were not able to use it as it was very chilly. The property manager and owner worked with us on a resolution which we very much appreciated! This home is a nice little getaway for your family.
