The perfect place for our family's stay during Spring Training! The house was spacious enough for our group of 5 with comfy beds in each room and it was great to be able to bring our pups too.Location-wise, it was a short drive to Sloan Park in Mesa and we had seemingly an endless number of grocery stores within walking distance (Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Natural Grocers) and we were very close to downtown Chandler and PHX Airport.Communication with Ken was incredibly easy! He was super-responsive and was great about sending helpful house info in advance and checking in during our stay. The house itself was pretty awesome with lots of extras like arcade games, foosball, a hot tub, pool and even an in-home movie projector! It was too cold to swim (the weather was in the 60s) but it was great having the hot tub to dip into. The house was well-stocked with beach towels, boardgames, all the kitchen supplies, etc. And it was a clean as a button when we arrived!An all around terrific stay! Thanks, Ken!

This house was PERFECT for our stay! We celebrated my son’s 30th birthday here. The home was stocked with everything we needed and pet friendly! The hosts were great at getting back with us on any questions we had. We would stay her again for sure!!

We really enjoyed the stay, kids loved the house and the pool. Worked well for our family of four and our pups. Loved the projector, it was great for a movie night after a day of swimming.

This was a phenomenal VRBO stay for our family! The location was wonderful! Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. The owners were attentive and responsive to questions. The house is so well maintained. It’s fresh, clean, the pool and hot tub were great! I would recommend this home over and over again!

We had an awesome stay

Every VRBO seems different, this one gave such a warm welcoming feel. Had all the comforts of home inside, with a great back yard. Bedrooms were large, living room with the drop down screen was a fun place to hang out on the cool nights. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you'd have at home. Everything from coffee for Keurig and bags for packing snacks to every pot & pans and dish you could need. Will definitely come back to stay again.

Home away for home!!

Beautiful home with everything we needed! Instructions on where and what everything was for. Very informative hosts ,clean, Fun home with things in the area to enjoy as well. Comfortable spaces and sleeping arrangements were perfect for our entire Family! Projector TV and arcade games were a hit even for the adults! If 10 stars were an option this property and Hosts would get it from me!

EXCELLENT HOUSE AND AWESOME OWNER!

We really enjoyed this property, it was very confortable and very relaxing atmosphere. This property was exactly what the description and pictures show. The house was very Clean and well equipped. The pool and Hot Tub was Fantastic and the neighborhood was Safe. The Host was Wonderful! Clear instructions for check in/ check-out. Definitely will book again and recommend to others.

My family loved it

This property is basically as advertised. No gimmicks or tricks. My family enjoyed it and for the price we thought it was a great home. The youngest in our party is 16 so we were fine with the deep pool, I just think for those with little kids, you should be warned that it is a deep pool and no real shallow end for small kids or non swimmers to hang out. The listing says it is a diving pool and so hard to keep heated, which is accurate. If I had small kids or grandkids, I don't think this would be the pool for me. I would stay here again if heading back to the Phoenix area. Gilbert is a nice area, seemed to be more family friendly than other parts of the valley. We visited several areas and they all were within a close proximity to this home. Thanks Ken and Lindsay for sharing it with us.

Home away from Home

Great home base for our day hiking trips and college visits. House was as advertised and great for family time with all the games and outdoor space. Hot tub and pool were a hit with our teens. The projector movie screen was amazing as well! Hosts were very responsive and great to work with. Couldn’t ask for a better host family. Will come back when in the area. Thank you for a great stay.

This property was beautiful and clean! We had such a fun pre-Christmas celebration with our grown family! The nice Arizona winter weather and the homes beautiful outdoor spaces gave us plenary of hanging out time and the home was large enough to have plenty of room for everyone. The games available were also really appreciated and fun.

So. Much. Fun!!

This home is impeccably cleaned, well maintained and welcoming. We were there to have an early Christmas with our daughter and grandkids and the house was perfect for all to enjoy. Cuddled up for a movie on the big projector or a competitive fooseball tournament, fun was had by all. The kitchen is exceptionally stocked with all necessities and cooking for a family was a breeze. Hoping to book again next year!

A wonderful experience in Gilbert!

This home in north Gilbert is a wonderful family getaway. It really has everything you need. 4 bedrooms, one with twin beds, allows for up to 8 people at a time with a nice kitchen, dining area and large living room and garage give you a lot of interior space. The video and board games are a real treat for indoor fun as is the projector tv in the living room. The backyard has a very nice pool and Jacuzzi type spa, along with a dining table, and big couch with a propane fire pit. Everything is up to date here with thoughtful details throughout the home. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were very attentive and so kind. Just a wonderful experience all around. Five stars!

A fun spot in the desert!

This was a perfect spot for our family visit! The house was well-equipped and had everything needed. We always are looking for a pool when we visit Az but this home home had so much more- fun activities outside and inside if we needed a break from the heat. It kept our family well entertained! Ken & Lindsay were gracious hosts and very open and communicative. We really appreciated their accommodation to an early check-in which gave our pups a break from the heat. I hope to be back!
