Upper management issues
No joke, had the security guards come bang on my door and flash their lights in my room and woke my fiance and i up at 4:30AM because it "smelt like burnt pills" according to the one security guard AKA Captain America. He wouldnt stop knocking and stated that he wasnt leaving until he searched our room. After a 25 second search of the room, and while i was STEAMING mad, he then proceeded to try to explain to my fiance the importance of keeping kids off pills. Obviously, i called management and made a complaint. I had called them a total 5 times, sent 2 emails detailing the incident and even went down to the office and explained what happened to the on-site manager. The on-site manager was great and seemed like she was genuine and tried to contact upper management about an update but im sure she never got one. not once did i hear back from anyone! Tracy sounded like she cared but i wouldnt really know because that she was one of the 5 calls. Yvette seemed like she cared too which i haf more convos with Yvette about what happened but again, i have no clue wjhat happened to the Securitu guard and they certainly didnt offer anything to try to make me happy. I stayed for 3 weeks and that all happened on night 2... it was crazy how no one tried to reach out to us about the situatuon. Other than that, the stay was very good
