- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.

- An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.

- The heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

Perfect sunny getaway home
Our group of 21 had an amazing stay. The home is perfect for a large crew, especially one with children. The backyard is beautiful, and kept everyone relaxed, entertained and busy the whole week. Lots of pickleball tournaments! The neighborhood is really nice, and the location is perfect. The property manager Kelly was very communicative, and the experience was seamless. We will certainly return to this home, if we have the chance.

Great place, very clean and well stock.
The house is fantastic, well stocked and very clean. Lots of fun stuff to do in a fantastic backyard. We would definitely stay here again.
