Rooms were not ready at 3:00pm check in. We had to wait until 5:00pm until they were ready. We specifically booked at this hotel for this reason. It made us late for a wedding rehearsal. They said sorry, we are just busy, you'll have to wait. I guess allowing people to check out late became our problem, instead of insisting they must check out on time so rooms can be cleaned on time.

The hotel did not have the room that I paid for and instead gave me an accessible room (which was way cheaper than I paid). The bathtub was also backing up with every shower so it was always a rushed shower. They were able to change the room the next day but we already were unhappy with the stay
