The location was convenient, house was clean, we had an issue with hangers (there were only 10 in the entire house) that was resolved quickly by the host.Our main issue was the smell of the house and casita upon arrival. There was a significant damp/musty odor noticeable by all members of our party. 2 members of our party (1 in main house, 1 in casita) had a skin reaction almost immediately after arrival that was present until the day after leaving. They suspect it was mold/mildew related as this has happened before.This theory lines up with the smell, when we brought it up to the host, they dismissed it by saying that "their cleaners didn't notice it"Hopefully they will give this issue more consideration so others don't have a breakout.

Pleasantly surprised with the way the house was stocked. There was no hot water in the main house when we arrived. Company was very responsive. One of the master suite sinks did not drain. It was a great place for our family to gather.

Pool was amazing! Open kitchen and living room made for coziness after some unexpected rain! And to watch some playoff baseball games. The putting green and connect 4 were fun outdoor activities if you aren't much of a pool person.!

Overall a great experience. The early check in was a huge help. Location couldn’t have been better. 3 things of note:1) Rear French doors do not stay closed2) WI-FI is spotty at best. Makes TV watching very hard.3) Mattress in master bedroom could use an upgrade.Definitely will stay again if the opportunity arises. Highly recommend this property.

Great Family or Group Home

The house was perfect for our stay. Plenty to do in the backyard while also a calm environment with the pool and spa. Living room and kitchen area was perfect for gathering. Casita ended up perfect for our daughter, her husband and their new baby - they had their own space but felt close enough to join anytime. The pool lights weren’t working upon arrival but fixed immediately. We would stay there again.

Great Location - Dated Home

The location of this home is fantastic! It’s within walking or a short drive to practically everything, which made getting around very convenient.However, the home itself could use some updates. Upon arrival, the heated pool and thermostat were not working, and despite calling maintenance twice, the pool lights and heated tub never worked during our stay. It was frustrating to pay an extra fee for these features and not be able to use them. The backyard also had broken chairs, which added to the feeling of neglect.The kitchen was poorly stocked, with several labeled cabinets missing the items they claimed to contain. One of the curtains in the spare bedroom was falling out of the drywall, and while the master bath had a great walk-in shower, the water would travel out onto the floor, requiring cleanup after every use.The casita was a nice addition, but the uncovered upper windows meant sunrise came directly into the eyes of those sleeping there.Overall, the home has potential but needs some maintenance and attention to detail to truly be worth the cost. The location and time with family was the highlight of the stay.
