We were in Phoenix for NASCAR and this home was a welcoming retreat. The home was bright and clean with a great little patio off the kitchen. The house was equipped with a coffee maker and supplies to make coffee. The bedrooms were bright and clean with soft pillows. The master bedroom could use a new king mattress the current one has a topper that makes the mattress feel soft. The house was well stocked with towels, bathroom supplies and even a new tube of toothpaste in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and plenty of dishes. The refrigerator has a ice machine that actually works. The neighborhood feels safe and is tucked away from the main road. The house is also convenient to many restaurants and shopping areas that are within a short driving distance. The homeowner was very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is traveling to this area.

Amazing stay in Goodyear!

Really nice property. Even nicer than the pictures. It is larger than it appears and is really comfortable. Some added touches that make it really nice are the RO water system at the kitchen sink for water bottles and drinking water. The various Keurig flavors and fixings and garage parking were also great as well as well stocked kitchen access to community pool, and gas grill. Communication was clear and excellent with the owner! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when were are in the area.!!

Great location but lacked cleanliness

This was a great location with a nice community and amenities. Across the street from Goodyear ballpark. However, it needed a good cleaning. Carpet had stuff in it, some of the hard services were black when I wiped them, slider doors to outside covered in hand and dog nose marks. Grill had no propane. Outside furniture very dirty. I notified the owner with no response so I felt compelled to write this. Prior to check in he was very responsive. I would not stay there again.

Spring Training Getaway

This house is an excellent place to stay for a visit to the Phoenix area. It was perfect for a spring training trip because it’s spacious and very comfortable. It’s conveniently located for Cleveland Guardians fans since it’s a few minute drive from Goodyear Stadium and is not far from many other stadiums. The kitchen and living area is very nice. Excellent property overall for a fun spring training getaway!
