Great for what we needed

We enjoyed our stay here. It's in a questionable part of town. There were many workers hanging out in the parking lot most of our stay. But the place was quiet at night! It's a great little two-bedroom that was clean and stocked with general amenities. We loved the concrete floors, comfy king size bed, and big kitchen. We arrived and the cleaners weren't ready for us, so we went to WalMart and Walgreens (nearby) and realized this was a neighborhood that you didn't want to hang out in at night.If the owner were to add simple touches like; black hand towel for makeup removal, more hooks for towels in bathroom, games in the unit, firepit in back porch area, or counter cleaner it would elevate the stay. We loved the large coffee cups, super comfy bed, and ceiling fan in the primary. All in all good stay.

Safe, quiet place to stay

The apartment was in a complex of long-term renters, but I felt very safe there. The grounds are immaculate grounds. People were there daily. The management was excellent, the appliances and furnishings in the apartment were great.

HIDDEN HAVEN in the heart of Phoenix

What a perfect place for a centrally located spot! It is SO quiet, has great security (and privacy), and is extremely clean. It's a sweet retreat with everything as advertised. My stay was a week long, and I plan on staying here next time I visit. If you have time, check out Trevor's (food, liquor, cigars and Ping Pong) right up the street.

Family Vacation

Great Stay!

Stayed here for the week with my son to attend Spring Training. Condo was super clean and and in excellent condition with a modern kitchen. Communication with the property owner was fantastic and made our stay super easy. Highly recommend this cozy condo.

Just what I was looking for

A nice, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Parking was a breeze. Super quick and easy to get anywhere in the general Phoenix area. Close to the airport but no overhead traffic or noise. Comfy beds and just a beautiful little apartment. I will definitely stay again. Had one quick need at check-in and the owners were super responsive.

Loved our stay!

Bright and beautiful condo in perfectly central location.

I am a single female that stayed here for one month while relocating jobs. The location is perfectly central in AZ, you have great access to all popular parts of town, great food, hikes, gyms, good stores and sightseeing. The immediate neighborhood can *seem* sketch but I am from PHX and know this isn't to be scared of and it's just a part of being near downtown. The condo is in a gated complex and only my last 2 days did the gate seem to be out of order and that's when you would see homeless come in in the early morning to go through the dumpster for cans. Even with that, I felt completely safe. The actual condo is beautiful. It's completely redone, has everything you need in the kitchen, great natural lighting as well as heavy of options for indoor night time lighting. There are TVs in every room, the master bedroom bed was very comfortable, The neighbors walk dogs in the morning and evening in the central grassy area, the concrete and brick walls keep the unit very soundproof and you hear very little from neighbors. The owner was easy to get a hold of for any questions I had once we were in touch on the app. Because I was there for an entire month, even the cleaning company me offered to come by if I wanted, which I did not. The actual VRBO customer service was a horrendous experience. Let me be clear, this has nothing to do with the owner or the property. They made mistakes with booking, they did not notify us of changes and they took forever to help us with app issues
