Extravagant Backyard & Dazzling Interior Concepts

This property is a fantastic place to stay for families and friends! There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and an office with a pull out couch. The house has all updated interior, a fully equipped kitchen, and the most comfortable living room with a flat screen TV to watch all your favorite shows and movies. The amazing backyard is complete with a private pool, BBQ, outdoor dining table, multiple lounge & seating areas, and plenty of yard games and more.

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation.

A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.

Please note that the heating unit at this property is heat pump. The heat pump will only heat this pool ten degrees higher than the ambient air temperature.

Pros: House was a convenient location to Mayo. Outdoor area was really nice, including pool, basketball hoop, seating, and fruit trees. Nice well maintained home with plenty of space. Side note- host seems fairly particular on having guests visit. We only had 2 people staying in the house, well below number it can house. While they did ok having a small number of people over after my son's surgery (bringing dinner not a party), we ultimately changed plans as it felt like the host wasn't really comfortable with other guests. A little different vibe than I've had from other hosts and I have all 5 star reviews as a guest. Something to keep in mind depending on your needs in a VRBO.

Exceptional Stay!

This house was everything we were looking for to relax & reset. Plenty of room with plenty of TVs and the use of the backyard with the pool & games enticed my family to spend extra time together. The house was clean and well-appointed and the owner response to questions/concerns, when needed was almost instant. The neighborhood was quiet and lent to a very relaxing stay. We were very impressed with everything about the house. The pictures are great but don’t do it justice. The backyard is huge and provides privacy and a lot of room for hanging out and activities.
