Bed bugs!!!

This place is absolutely horrible! We stayed here for one night and the next morning I had bed bug bites all over me. We found bed bugs and brought them to the front desk. I asked if they had a bed bug problem and he looked at me and said why. I handed him over the napkin with the bed bugs in it and he told me a manager would call. I never received a call back. Called them for 3 days and they kept giving me the run around and told me the main manager was not there but would call me. Never received a call to this day. Do not stay there!

Quick overnight stay on our way elsewhere after arriving in Phoenix. Rooms were dated but clean & beds comfy. Staff friendly and the price was right. I would book again.

This hotel was part of a package from Travelocity. It was for 3 nights. On the 2nd day I received an email stating that the government was taking over the property the next day and I would have to vacate my room a day early. I received no money back and had to find another hotel for my last night. Nobody has assisted me on getting my money back.

This hotel was perfect for our overnight visit to Phoenix. We attended the Elton John concert and this hotel was conveniently located within a few miles of downtown and Chase Field where the concert was held at. Check-In and Check-Out was quick and convenient. The room was clean and spacious for my wife and I.

They picked us up at the airport and only charged a $5 gratuity. The man was very pleasant. Bed was a little hard, and the pillows were hard. We were only there for one night sleep. Left at 4am and had another shuttle with a very friendly lady. They don't have the goodies in the morning anymore. The place looked upgraded from last year.

this hotel lied to us about their airport shuttle, despite us calling to confirm 5 days prior. When i called them for shuttle was advised it doesnt run after noon. Asked them if their hot tub worked. they said yes. get there, the hot tub appears to work, not full but is ice cold! in phoenix? They are lucky expedia made it right or my rant would have echoed through the lobby like the gusts of a thousand winds!! Seriously stay away! Housekeeping and restaurant were great, kudos to yall!
