The property was fine, even nice in a number of ways. We had plenty of space and the neighborhood is very quiet. Unfortunately there were a few problems, some bigger than others. The biggest was that I paid to have the spa heated at a rate of 50 per day. The first full day there I notified the management company that it was not heated. I was told that it would be turned on remotely and was also given directions on how to turn it on myself, which was a bit complex but do-able. Throughout the stay the spa heater did not work with any consistency. Additionally, the pool tech came to clean the pool. He told us that he knew the heater was broken and had suggested to the management company that it be replaced. The second problem was that the shower in the hallway bathroom had very little water pressure-- the individuals using that shower had issues rinsing the shampoo from their hair because the pressure was so low.
