We have always loved going to this Drury Imn because of how convenient it was located and the wonderful service that they provided. However the results of this last trip have caused us to no longer go to this hotel. The night we stayed there was a fire alarm that scared everyone in the hall because it was the middle of the night. In the morning there were no explanations or apologies. We will not be coming back.

Staff was very helpful, shuttle service to airport was nice. The hotel floors are all open to below so you do get some noise when parents dont actually supervise their children and they run around yelling and making a bunch of noise.

It was unfortunate there was no central air. Our air conditioner unit was very noisy. It woke us up every time it went on. We did not get any sleep. The drain in the bathroom sink made a load knocking noise. For the amount of $ we spent to stay for 12 hours and no rest was disappointing.

Great place to crash before/between flights

My stay was lovely. I was checked in quickly. One elevator was down, so it made getting up & down with luggage very slow. I opted to use the external fire stairs to save time when I didn't have my luggage. The Happy Hour food for guests was great! Especially when finished up with the $5 dessert special! I am an exceptionally fastidious person, so I see ALL the dirt & smudges - but this hotel was quite decent compared to some. The airport shuttle was very nice and convenient with very friendly & helpful drivers.

I wish I had stayed here sooner. Clean rooms, helpful staff, airport transport, and free Kickback food /drinks. A complete Breakfast buffet is included, too.
