Family Spring Break

This property was perfect for our Spring Break visit. It was easy to get to Spring Training baseball and local trailheads. We appreciated the nearby restaurants and grocery store. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of the trip for our kids. We would definitely stay again!

Portland to Vitamin Injection

First, we really enjoyed the house, pool and hot tub. A couple concerns surfaced that we wish could have been better. 1). The hot tub water level wasn’t filled up high enough to allow for a proper operation. After multiple calls and some effort on our part, we located a hose and filled it to a proper level. Unfortunately we were unable to use it the first night. 2). There was a plastic sheet on the queen bed. This made it too noisy to sleep comfortably. After a poor night’s sleep, the plastic was removed and sleep improved - although the bed remained somewhat uncomfortable.

Sunset Ridge

The house and neighborhood were great. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. The only negatives were a missing remote for the master bedroom TV, the screen door needs to be put back on the eating area patio door and the hot tub cover needs to be replaced. None of those things negatively impacted of enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely stay at this house for our next visit to Scottsdale.

Good girlfriend trip

Nice house. Clean and quiet location, close to Kierland shopping and restaurants. Would have given 5 stars but wasn’t able to get pool heated based on length of stay (3 days) and limited blankets/toiletries provided.

Would stay again

The place was clean. I was worried after seeing a couple reviews. I got this place because I wanted an option for the hot tub. Some said it was not full or clean. Water was a little low in day one. I didn't say anything. But day two someone had come and filled it. The pool was amazing. We found a lot of pool toys in a shead. The pool table was also a great thing for when it was too hot outside. The outside had plenty of sitting areas, in sun or shade. The kids loved it. We would stay again.

Exceeded Expectations

Beautiful property with a stunning back yard. Limited cutlery and limited amenities (i.e., limited shampoo, no coffee filters). Otherwise, a perfect venue for a family vacation to celebrate a 60th birthday.

Nice Clean House - Very Poor Communication/ Service

The house was very clean. There were several issues with the house, however, & the management company handled almost all of them unprofessionally. The hot tub was dirty & wasn’t filled with enough water to even run it. The management company said it would be too much of an expense for the owners to clean the hot tub which was unacceptable. The pool filter system & vacuum did not work. The coffee maker reservoir has a small crack in it that drips when filled. All of the pool cues are warped. But most disconcerting was the condescending attitude when we requested that the hot tub be cleaned. The hot tub should be cleaned prior to everyone’s visit. It’s not our problem that doing so would cost the owners money. Perhaps they would prefer that nobody rent their house & they can save all of that extra expense. Inwould not recommend this rentsl to anyone.

Great stay for a family

Beautiful house with pool and billiards table. Inside very clean. Outside needs more TLC : annuals and many plants dead and needs weekly sweep. Pool is gorgeous.

Not the value I expected

The home is very nice and in a great neighborhood. However, the communication with Vacasa was frustrating and inadequate for the value of the stay. The hot tub wasn’t clean (the home was very clean). The communication about heating the pool was unacceptably poor. All in all it was a disappointing experience for my son’s birthday trip. We use VRBO a lot, usually on my husband’s account, and this was not what we’ve come to expect, especially at this price point.

Clean, as advertised, hot tub needed to be addressed, they came and helped when we called. Several repairs needed - hot tub water, hot tub cover lift was broken, microwave glass broken. The biggest negative was only one towel per person issued with a $50 charge for additional towels.

Excellent rental property and experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was exceptionally clean inside as well as the grounds outside by the pool and patio area. We had the pool heated and we were very pleased at how warm it stayed allowing the kids to swim daily. The beds and couches were very comfortable and all appliances worked great. The house had all the necessities (paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc) provided and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pans. The home is located in a lovely, safe neighborhood that we took walks in daily. We had a small issue with a screen door that was remedied the same day. Very impressed with the responsiveness by the management company to this issue. The house is conveniently located to so many things to do in the area. Overall, a great rental.
