A Comfortable Stay in Chandler: A Positive Experience

We had a good stay at this well-maintained property in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and updated, which made it feel comfortable. The Evolve team helped us quickly when we had an issue with our access code. Although the sinks didn't provide hot water, it didn’t affect our stay since we used the dishwasher instead. Luckily, the showers had PLENTY of hot water, so we did not need to reach out to the Evolve team. Overall, everything went well, and I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Chandler.

Fantastic family property

Nicely appointed property and stocked with everything we needed for a great family weekend! The house is large enough to accommodate a good sized group with plenty of seating and entertainment options. Also a very convenient location for all we needed/wanted to do.

Beautiful house with all the amenities

This property was in a great location, the neighbors are all friendly and welcoming. The house itself is beautiful and fit my family comfortably. We ran into a small issue with a breaker and not able to find the box but the local manager was easily accessible and helpful to help us fix the issue. Overall a great stay!

Perfect rental

We have stayed here before and it’s a great house. Comfy beds! The pool was perfect, no need to have it heated. Close to shopping, and restaurants. Kitchen is fully set up for cooking and nice grill. Also nice to be able to park in garage. Will return!

Great place.

The place was outstanding. Very clean, great neighborhood, great pool, great amenities. I he only downside was dealing with the third party management company, Evolve. I had to go through them to pay a pool and pet fee, and they were terrible. I then texted the “host” to verify the pool fee was received and would be heated, and received a reply saying “I can’t confirm directly with the owner that the pool will be heated”. That was frustrating but it worked out. Overall a fantastic place.

Great Stay

We loved this property which was clean and welcoming. The pool was great. We traveled with our small dog and loved the park just around the corner which was very pet friendly. The host was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the tv. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Excellent!

Very clean home, everything you would need in a kitchen to cook with is there. Nice patio set and great backyard. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and freeway. We will be back.

This Place is AMAZING

I love this property! Everything inside is upgraded and the bed is beyond soft! Just moved to Chandler and this place and the pool is a game-changer and helped me handle the heat. You will love it. Top of the line washer/dryer, fridge, etc. The pictures don't represent how plush this place is! I know you'll love it - it is HUGE!

Relaxing Stay

This home is currently at the top of our favorite VRBOs we have stayed in! Manager Zach was extremely prompt and helpful in communication. Additionally, the well stocked and comfortable home is in a great area with a peaceful backyard and close to nearly everything we wanted to do over spring break. We stayed with our family of 6 including 3 teens and a grandparent. We definitely want to return to this lovely home and will keep it in mind since we frequently visit AZ from out of state.

Perfection Plus!

House is super clean, spacious, master bed extremely comfortable. Everything works. Easy access to major highways, restaurants and grocery stores. Neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
