The home is spacious and well decorated. The location was perfect distance from the airport and all the activities we drive to. It was nice to have a garage to park the rental car in. I really appreciated that there was laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels and dishsoap: things you don’t think about buying for a short stay! There were plenty of towels too! We loved the outdoor spaces!Tips: screen doors need to be fixed! Would have loved a wider range of albums!

We comfortably had 6 adults and 2 children (under 5) staying at this location this summer. We're grateful for the use of the garage to park our cars to keep them cool from the AZ summer heat. The pool felt fantastic and there were several floaties. We played the mini golf and corn hole games too. There were some minor issues (broken pantry door and non-working bedroom overhead light) that we notified the rental company of that wasn't critical for them to fix during our stay. Their response was quick and appreciated. Checking in and out was quick and simple. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time. We came to celebrate a low key bachelorette/bachelor weekend with our friends and family. The house was just as expected colorful and bright! The pool is by far the main focal point of this house. This backyard is SO much fun!!! We notified the home of some initial concerns and we were told the maintenance team would be notified but never heard anything afterwards which was a little disappointing. But overall we had a great weekend.

Stay away from liars and save your money.

I never leave reviews but I feel this is appropriate. The place was relatively clean and simple to check in. It was nice as I saw in the pictures and the neighborhood was quiet. That’s about where the good ends. I had to pay an extra $180 just to turn on the heated pool. I told them October 31st and they said it typically takes a day or two. I understood it would take a while and was okay with it only being heated on the last day, it was my fault. However I stayed a whole weekend and it didn’t get a single degree warmer. Stephanie told me it would be warm in a couple hours on the last day. She lied. Brendan was the only person there helping but there was nothing he could do. He was just honest and nice about it. Getting ahold of them was a pain too. Slow response time. This isn't some kind person that rented a house out. It’s some company that doesn’t really care about you or your stay. Overall I just felt I wasted my money. I definitely didn’t get what I paid for.

Perfect House for a Girl's Trip!

I booked this property for my daughter's 13th birthday and it was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean, well stocked, and if I ever had a question the response time was extremely fast. Highly recommend and will more than likely stay at this house again!

Vacation 2024

After a lot of searching for the place we wanted to stay on our vacation, we finally decided on this house. And we are so glad we did!! It's a very nice house in a very nice community. There are lots of restaurants/points of interest within minutes and the area is easy to navigate. It's a very quiet neighborhood. We really liked that the house had stuff to start off our week such as paper products, laundry soap, little toiletry items, coffee filters, etc. Also, lots of kitchen items/gadgets that you might not even think you need but they come in handy!! The shower in the master bedroom was fabulous! The shower head was so powerful and the water got super hot. The only issues (and not huge ones, but giving total disclosure) we had was that the kitchen sink water did not get that hot to do dishes and the pool vacuum/hose got in the way when in the pool. But, that would not deter us from staying here again!! Highly recommend!!

Family Fun House

Loved the house. We had family over to the home for Easter. The adults were comfortable inside and the kids rarely came in the house with the pool, cornhole and putting green outside. It was a convenient location to shopping and restaurants. The beds and towels were extremely comfortable. We stayed for several days. The only things we did not have in the kitchen that we needed were a lemon squeezer and some casserole baking dishes. Other than that the house was well stocked. It was a plus that we also had access to washer and dryer. 10/10 would stay again.

Cool, Retro & Backyard Retreat

We loved our stay here. Well stocked, everything you need. The backyard was small but packed with awesome family spaces...pool (which we paid to have heated), bags, firepit and sitting area and small putting green. Perfect for us and our three adult kids. Only recommendation would be to put a rug inside the sliding glass doors as the tile becomes wet from in/out of pool area. Beds comfy. I will say, the shower in master bath is amazing...but...you can see through the frosted glass from the outdoor area, so a little weird when taking a shower : ) Thank you for a lovely home.

Best stay in Chandler!!

This place had everything we needed for a relaxing week!! Pool area is perfect. House had everything clean, new, well stocked, comfortable beds. Near golf and bike trails. Loved it!
