Disappointing Property
The check in process was okay, except we didn't receive the door code or any communication after the reservation until the day we were supposed to check in. This made us nervous considering the comments about cancellations to other renters. The doors are as in disrepair as the rest of the property. To get in one of them you really have to yank it. The interior halls are DIRTY. The cleaning people were there the morning after we arrived, cleaning a unit, but the hallways have spilled food, stains, and glitter in them. There are stains on the carpets. It's just gross. When we arrived in the unit, we were greeted by a cockroach. The floors appeared unwashed. In one of the rooms, the lamp was missing a lightbulb and the on off switch. We had to unplug it to turn it on and off. The other lampshade was completely cracked and that lamp was also missing a lightbulb. The shower leaked and got water everywhere. We couldn't turn the water off. The hairdryer was old and the plastic was broken. I would not recommend this property.
