Nestled in the prestigious Ahwatukee Foothills, our neighborhood offers the perfect blend of quiet suburban charm and outdoor adventure! You’re just minutes away from the South Mountain Park and Preserve, one of the largest urban parks in North America, featuring over 50 miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials necessary to prepare a meal.

Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated. To keep prices low and conserve energy, we only heat the pool for requests made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Also only available the consecutive nights of guests` entire stay; at $100 per night.

Please understand, a heated pool is NOT a hot tub. Pool heater is set to 83 degrees. Average water temperature can range +/- 3degrees; depending on weather.

While we’ve had no problems thus far, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay (in which case fee would be refunded). Please realize, even the desert can have inclement weather. When outside temperatures drop to the 60’s and below, fluctuations in water temps should be expected and a steady pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool is professionally maintained weekly.

First, I would like to thank Carter, Conner, and the entire Vello team for all their help in making our stay so amazing!We have stayed at several homes in the Ahwatukee Foothills area, and this is by far our favorite. The home is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.The house is beautifully laid out and exceptionally clean. There’s a large living room off the kitchen with a cozy eating area, as well as a separate living room and dining room. The spacious master bedroom and ensuite are on one side of the house, while the additional bedrooms are on the other, making it an ideal setup for families.The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed to feel right at home. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the beautifully landscaped yard and pool. There are plenty of lounge chairs, along with a patio table and comfortable seating—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Arizona sunshine.We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the Phoenix area. Highly recommend this home and the Vello team!
