Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the second floor. Recently upgraded with tile flooring, new countertops, and cabinets. Furnished with a queen size bed, your remodeled suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. Ok stay

My biggest complaint is that when I checked in I was informed that only the dead bolt worked, which is flimsy as heck. I could’ve broken in if I wanted to: I had to push the couch in front of the pot every night to help feel safe. Before you rent this again I highly suggest you get it secured.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. The people staying in the other units were all very friendly and made you feel welcome. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Lawn setup is better than the pictures show. Honestly can not wait to visit again!!

Great common area. Very simple unit. Bathroom and kitchen can use a facelift for the price charged. Tons of closet space for short term renters. More than may be needed in my opinion. Great location minutes from Old Town. Only downside during my stay was the construction noise during the day by the neighboring lot.

The grounds and pool area are very nice and well maintained. The actual unit was a disappointment. It was rundown. The furniture, the countertops, the bathroom all need a facelift. Also, it was pretty small for a month long stay.

Great stay

Great, clean location! The property has lots of fun amenities available and a neat park right behind. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but wasn't terrible either. The apartment was clean, quiet and had enough dishes and things to cook with. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first VRBO experience, used it as an option to hotel stay. Glad we did and would do again. This property seems like it has been refurbished recently and looks good. We had a one bedroom apartment with nice sized kitchen, living / dining combo area. All utilities included. Right in the greenway next to a disc golf course. Would do this again!
