This is our third stay at this hotel since arriving in Cambodia, and it just keeps getting better! Everything about this place feels truly 5-star — from the beautiful rooms to the warm, welcoming staff. A huge shout-out to Maco, Khavang and Micheal, who went above and beyond during every one of our stays. Their exceptional service made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. We absolutely LOVE this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting Phnom Penh!

So the people are very nice, but they seem to be nice all over Cambodia. The room seemed dated just kind of dingy. The picture shows items,pictures, planes on the shelf’s. They were completely empty. Some of the information items were very old. The slippers seemed used, they were not in a wrapper as usual and they ripped on day 2. The breakfast was sub par and the fly landing on food items definitely damped my appetite. My biggest complaint is you could hear EVERYTHING. The neighbors conversions, their doorbell, their phone ringing, doors closing, people outside, and worst was the maid vacuuming rooms ALL day. I had a stomach issue so I stayed in one day. I couldn’t believe how loud it was and very shocked that the sound carried I’m talking like 10 rooms not just the ones next to me. The windows on outside were really dirty and the curtains were broke. No extra toilet paper roll and although they had a price sheet for drinks there was none. I went on a tour one morning and came back at 2pm and the room was not cleaned. I went to desk and asked if they could clean the room at 430 because I was going to relax, then shower for another activity I had planned for 5. I went immediately to the room and they were there so I had go sit at the pool for a half hour until they finished. So much for a plan. The gym was okay and the pool was nice. I was overcharged on day three and they wouldn’t adjust my final bill. It’s pretty conveniently located, it never took to long to get around

What a hotel. I want to gate keep this place but it such a gem that I have to share. The layout amazing. The restaurant is on the first floor for breakfast. Of course there’s also a restaurant that is, I believe on the 24th floor that is quite romantic; if you want to go there for a date. The pool, outstanding, very relaxing with beautiful views. Hotel rooms were kept impeccable. I would like to give a shout out to the cleaning staff member Kim Tiv who did wonders making sure my room was impeccable. After a long day, returning back the hotel room, I was always reassured that it was going to be perfect which it was. Of course there is always a wicked witch in every fairytale story and there’s a wicked witch in this story too. Let’s just call her the wind. Due to a design flaw, when they’re are high winds the higher level floors with 03 will make a large humming sound as if there was construction work going on. Of course during my day there was highway winds. I will say, after talking to the staff, the Manager, came to my room and we discussed options. As much as I did not want to, we settled into changes rooms. after the room change problem fixed. A shout out to the staff for making sure I was happy. I will stay in The future.

From the staff to the room this is an amazing place to stay in Phnom Penh. We stayed in the Executive residence room and it was truly a treat. Our own kitchen/dining living room and a huge bedroom. There is a free laundromat on site for those having longer stays. The rooftop pool was rarely busy, but the outstanding part of this hotel is the staff and their positive attitude to everything and everyone. We loved it so much we have booked 2 more stays here.

An amazing hotel with an even more amazing staff! The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the breakfast is delightful, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located in a very secure and peaceful area, making for a relaxing stay. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
