Cheap & great location, but too many problems
I was originally going to give points for host responsiveness in spite of the drawbacks, but rat under the kitchen wathe final straw. That specific complaint took more than 2 days for a respons and more days after that before they provided an exterminator, who I don’t think solved the problem. Pretty rich they charge a cleaning fee when the place clearly had not been cleaned very well. If you should rent it anyway, you should look out particularly for dust in the small plastic black dresser next the refrigerator, the drawers of which were all very dusty which got on my clothes, and I deliberately left a woman's fake fingernail that had been there when I arrived.Wonky electrical plugs, some of which don't work or things plugged into them keep falling out.Common areas and especially the laundry room apparently never cleaned except for when someone checks out, which in my case was 2 1/2 months and there were clearly other long-term stays, so that the common areas went weeks without even being swept. Someone a apparently puts out the trash once a weekNo blackout curtains, and blinds on one of the two windows not only fell down when I tried to shut them the first time, but were about 4 inches too short on either side of the window so basically uselessWeak Wi-Fi signal… Don't count on being able to do any zoom meetings.Middle shelf unit nonfunctional on the shelving unit next to the sinkFairly spongy pillows, but many people like that. As stated, cheap and great location.
