Love the idea of the room. But it truly needs updates, the carpet were dirty. Staff were little of help. Breakfast was a joke, coffee make didnt work, no milk for cereal. Conditions of the room we refused to use the jacuzzi. It had a old smell.

Water temperature was terrible; they market their shower as a steam shower however the hot water is nonexistent. The mattress is uncomfortable. But it is registered as a two(2)star hotel so can’t expect too much. Only thing worth it was the pool. Didn’t try the jacuzzi because of the broken sewer ring my girl didn’t like it.

I'd leave a zero if it was an option. NO heat, NO hot water!!! I called the front desk 4 times and every time I was told to not touch the water for 10 mins while he pushes the reset button--whatever that means. The last time I called was at 2am because I fell asleep waiting for something to be done about this God awful run I was in only to have no one answer. I was so fed up that I left. I called the next morning to speak w the manager and was on hold every time without never getting to speak w anyone

No heat

The heater in the room was broken. The heater that’s normally on the wall was missing. It was dirty washcloths left in the bathroom. We called the front desk. it took him over an hour to come and check the room.His only recommendation was if the room don’t warm up in an hour, he’ll bring us a heater The next morning when I let the front desk know, they told me they will give me a discount and never do.

There is a serious ant problem/possible nest inside the bed set up. I had a cup of Coke, and it was crawling within twenty minutes. The tub wasn't well kept, and very few of the buttons actually worked on it. It's clear that they don't clean and sanitize the tubs well, given the fact that there was a film of dead skin, body oils, and who knows what else in the water. There are loose tiles in the bathroom. Refrigerator is not stable. I have visited in the past, and each room was deficient. Cracked tiles in the wheelchair accessible room, as well as a water leak. It seems as if this place is not upkeeping their rooms well. I'd hesitate to stay in the pool room. A lot of money for a possibly poorly upkept pool that could make you sick. Yuck.
