Sign in hotel said $15.00+tax to park your car whitch came to $20.00 per night. Charged $21.00 for the same breakfast buffet that is complementary at other places. Also this hotel lets you know you booked thur a third party and treats you differently. Im done with Marriott and third party bookings.

I never had the opportunity to check in because they neglected to tell me they did not accept my bank card after I made a reservation and paid online. I am a traveling nurse and I must say I’ve never been treated so rudely especially by the black girl with glasses who was checking people in.

I rated my stay Good and not excellent for 2 reasons . I had top pay for parking at the hotel which was an unheard for me in prior experience at other hotels. And second , i was told that i will get fine for smoking and/or candle in my room due to smoke alarms which is absolutely fine , But once i stepped into the elevator it stank like Marijuana which raised a lot of questions for me... Besides those 2 issues my stay was pretty good

Nightly rate way was too expensive to not have a microwave, 24 hr coffee service in lobby, no water cups were in the room. There were 2 cups in the keurig area that we used for water from the faucet!!

The room and hotel were immaculate - no complaints there. I was disappointed that a microwave was not available when I checked in. It would be a great improvement to have a microwave in every room. I have strict dietary needs and appreciate being able to heat up my own food. Also, I was promised one the second day but it never arrived and had to ask again. It was brought too late for me to use much. The other major issue was there were too few handicapped parking spaces out front. I was told there were more out back, which was helpful, but with my mobility issues it was difficult having to move my car. And my room was two long hallways from the elevator on the third floor. I was in terrible pain but couldn’t get a room closer to the elevator. Next time if I stay here, I’ll request a room closer to the elevator. I found the front desk staff to be inconsistent on whether I could get a microwave and other issues, but on the other hand they were also very helpful and understanding when I had to check out early due to an impending snowstorm. The location is great, as my daughter lives very nearby. And the bed was super comfy!
